"..he..had a small meltdown..but he's fine now."He said distracted by recalling earlier and the boy that had taken the knife out of her side. Now a pale white hand hovered over the stab wound, then it was just gone. Charles thought for a moment, the hair, the skin tone, he reached over and brushed the bangs out of the boys face. Pale icy blue eyes were looking back at him, those circles and flecks said one thing. Leo.
"..She..should be fine now. I just suggest she eats a lot of meat and gets a lot of rest."He said, still looking at Charles.
"Leo!"

Rain stopped,"..I don't know. I was just so focused on getting you kids out and getting the rest of the facilities knocked down that I hadn't even thought about that."She admitted.

Alice sighs and hugs her knees "I really hope these two are ok..." she says sighing and looks up at him "your sure he will be ok?" she asks concerned

he nods and sighs looking around and then looks at his hands "I hope she is ok..." he says sighing, referring to alice

What Alex told Charles made it's way into his mind,"..yeah,he'll be fine."He answered. He was sure that it was for the best that she would never remember what had happened to her. But it bothered him even more that the government was doing this. Charles paled when he noticed Leo's pale eyes were on him. That boy could see right through anyone, uet he was always so quiet about things.

Rain stopped and looked back at the two. "..I'm sure she's fine."Rain finally answered after some deep thoughts of how to approach this.

Alice sighs and then smiles "Alright...if...if you say so" she says happily and stretches, but she still looked so worried, She looked unsettled and sighs again

he sighs and thinks about "I hope your right..." he says and hugs his arms and sighs and shakes his head and looks around as they walked

"He's fine."Charles said again. It seemed like he was trying to convince himself of that too. He shook his head before looking over at Leo."..why are you...."He asked. He didn't answer.

"Believe me, so do I.."Rain replied. She couldn't think of losing any more children at the hands of these people. She really wished that they could have acted sooner.

Alice nods and then feels the base shake and then heard a siren blaring "N..no" she said as if in disbelieve "THEY JUST OVERLOADED THE BASES REACTOR!" she screams in panic

he sighs and then Alex and him drop to the ground feeling the base shake and he gasps hearing a familiar siren. He quickly jumps up "The reactor..." he says and then clenches his fist and starts to run the other direction, back towards the reactor room

Leo,the second the siren went off, winced and covered his ears. The boy had very sensitive hearing that made the whine of the sirens and Alice's yelling unbearable.
"Crap..Alice don't yell,please."Charles said and then looked at the girl,"..can you stand?"He asked her.

she stopped to kneel, it was a lot better then falling under the force of the shakeing . Rain's shoulders slumped and she rolled her eyes. Saving daring children 24/7,"..stay here, or go where the others are."Rain told Alex then followed REQUIEM.

the girl looked at her feet and wiggled them around a bit and then looks up at him and softly nods

Alex nods and runs back to the others, REQUIEM was running off fast, jumping over and around anything infront of him, once he got to the stair well he slid down the handle bars halfway and then jump off them and landed with a cracking sound, he had hurt his leg badly but he did not care and he ran into the reactor room and next there were multiple "Pop Pop Pop" sounds from guns

"Good. I know you two are fine, you should be."Charles said to Ace and Alice. Now his other concern was Leo, all of this chaos must have been driving him insane. He started to gnaw on his bottom lip, what to do, what to do? "In fact, you two help Leo, he's clearly not doing well and this racket will slow him down. So help him."Charles told them.
Ace looked at Alice, then Leo. He recalled the last time Alice touched him, he seemed so angry. Wouldn't he react the same way now?"..right.."

Rain didn't know how she was keeping up with this boy, but it worked. However, she wasn't so willing to jump over anything, she more so avoided things to avoid getting hurt. "REQUIEM.."She breathed the closer they got to the sound of gunfire.

the Girl slowly started walking now with Alice and Alice was sort of protecting her, like a guard dog almost. She looks around and then at him and nod, Alice walks with Ace to goto Leo, While the red haired girl stayed with Charles and played with her hair a little

REQUIEM was now leaning back first on the control panel, holding his side as he had been shot, and one hand on the control panel as he had fixed the alignment, he was laughing "...the shit these guys will do to stop you guys" he says and slowly slides to the ground and groans in pain and looks up at her "I promised I would not kill anyone else but... there was no time I had to stop them" he says and clenches his fits in pain and laughs "I guess I will see you in hell then, But I am sure as...hell not going to heaven" he says and clutches his side again wincing in pain

"Got that one right."Rain felt her nails dig into the flesh of her palm. She wasn't letting this child die, not now and hopefully not for a long time. "you don't get it, do you?"Rain asked, setting her sword down and pulled something out of her back pocket. "Move your hand."She ordered, holding a vial in her hand. The substance looked like regular old water.
"I had an issues with what you were doing was immoral, there was no honor in killing the people you did."Rain explained to him. "Then again none of us think that it's honorable either so.."She added in as she tucked her dark hair behind an ear. A long pointed ear. She wasn't human.

he kind of had an idea she was not normal, though pointed ears was not something he would expect. he wanted to argue but he just moved his hand out of the way, which had two pistol and five assault rifle rounds lodged in his side and he looks around "...I know, I know I killed them in horrible ways but...I just..." he sighs "I did not want them to be able to hurt anyone again" he says and looks up at her "...especially Alice..." he says stretching and winces in pain

Charles stood up, watching the girl and the others.

Ace carefully got Leo to his feet, surprisingly he wasn't snapping at anyone.

"And I tell you again, your thoughts were pure and noble, but you seem to lose your way at some point."Rain told him, pulling a handkerchief out and put some of the water like substance on the wound and pressed it to the wound."Sorry, this is sort of necessary,."She told him.

he groans in pain and then laughs again "Lost my way?" he made it seem like he was going to argue, then laughed and shook his head "You got that right...try six years ago" he says sighing and looks around "After all that they did to me" he says stretching and winces in pain "After those people took four friends from me and took Alice's old memories away" he says sighing and lowers his head coughing

Charles kept stopping, he was worried about everyone in this place and what could happen. He glanced back, Alice and Ace were doing great with getting Leo going, but he wasn't looking at anyone. His head was bowed with his hair hanging over his face.

Ace looked at Alice,"..hmm,"He then looked Leo. He wondered what was wrong with him. He also noticed for someone as old as his him he was both short and very skinny. There was no way he could be healthy in any way.

Rain tilted his head,"Are you really sticking with that? I do believe your stronger than that since numerous people have been placed in a situation similar to that. It's not easy, but, you..all you can really do is keep them alive in your heart, mind and soul."She said. Rain looked at the floor before going to check the wounds. The bullet wounds should be healing.

The girl looks up at Charles and rubs his hand seeing as he was worried "Hay...uhh I wanted to,,thank you all for saving my life" she says looking at them all and then looks at the ground, she then looks up at Charles "hay uh, is REQUIEM ok? I mean I did kinda...shoot him in the foot" she says blushing with embarrassment

Alice looked at them both and then sighs and takes out a small data pad and looks through it and then scans Leo to check to see if there was anything seriously wrong with him

he sighs and winces in pain again "I kept trying to tell myself that but it does not change the fact these bastards took them from me, And that I can never again never ever again talk or play with them again" he says sighing and hugs his knees, and looked like he was thinking very hard on something. his wound was healing alright for now

Charles blinked a few times,"Oh my god, that was you that did that? "He asked, then sighed. He wasn't going to lie to her, that would be wrong on one too many levels,"Yeah, he's alright."He answered. Charles glanced back to see Alice scanning him, he thought if there could be anything wrong with him..

What was wrong with Leo wouldn't really be picked up by the scanner. All Leo had was a pounding head, and was very tired. Until that small feeling of him burning up really started taking him down.

"What's wrong?"Ace asked.

Rain ditched the handkerchief by tossing the fabric aside, there was no point to keep something like that. Then she slipped the vial back in her pocket. "You keep focusing on what you can't do..that's a wrong choice."She told him shakeing her head,"Listen, I've lost friends too, and I've learned by not thinking things like that it's makes your life easier. It dosen't seem as...hard to deal with their deaths, y'know."

she sighs and nods "ya he was helping me since I was having trouble with holding it, a-and I lost my grip and shot his foot I..I did not mean it, and he said it was alright but...but I still feel bad" she says sighing and lowers her head

Alice looks through the scan and shrugs "All that I can detect is that he is being brought down by symptoms that would match the flu or common cold"

he sighs "I know but... its so hard" he sighs and looks up at her "at least Alice survived but...I am still worried about losing her" he says and hugs his knees and looks down again and sighs running his his hand through his hair and recoils feeling blood in it and sighs "when I get out of here... I am never leaving the shower" he says chuckling a little

Charles was trying to chuckle at her little story, it was kinda funnily stupid. But that was something he was very willing to tell her, she had just been stabbed and the world around them had been thrown into chaos. "I..see.."He muttered.
"Hmm,"He stopped and faced Leo when he heard what Alice and Ace were saying. He pressed his hand against Leo's forehead and checks. Not warm, hot. Not good.
"Umm, anyone have eater, or where cold water would be around?"

"Ah, well..."Ace was trying to think if he would get something like that down there. The basement did seem fairly damp.

Rain smiled a bit, she knew what he meant by that. Ace was the only person that survived, and he was still standing strong. Still, there was that fear of losing the boy who was some much like a younger brother. He had always been that way. Rain shook her head before chuckling softly,"Well, you have to get otu of here before taking that eternal shower."She said, standing up.

she walks around and looks at her shoe and stops to tie it sighing and looks at blue skirt that was ruined and sighed looking at it and takes it off, she had shorts on underneath thankfully and she tossed it aside and looks up at him "Why am I covered in blood anyways?" she asks curiously

Alice looks at her and stretches "We can find the food storage down in the basement, its cold and has water and food" she says smiling

he smiles and nods standing up a little and grabs the console and rips the controls off "There, now they hopefully cant try to overload the reactor again..." he says and looks at her at and starts to walk but falls down and grabs his leg "OW!" he yells and tries to get up again
