"I would have thought a half-blood like yourself would recognize another half-blood, but I guess not." Ms. Lee cackled again, clearly enjoying herself.
Jessebelle meanwhile was staring in open-mouthed shock at what Ms. Lee was saying. Half-Blood? Half or what?!?! Her mind screamed at her to run away and never come back, but her body stayed frozen in place while she listened to Leo and Ms. Lee.

{By the way,when Leo says Markus he's talking about his father. Markus Knightway is Satan, Markus is his human name. And at the moment Leo doesn't feel calling him daddy even though he thinks his dad is dead.So she might realize that or not, I don't know it's up to you~}
"Half blood. God damn it Markus, this has to be his fault."Leo muttered before looking at Ms.Lee again. There was that laugh again, the same laugh that was making his temper sky rocket. "Ha ha, very funny."Leo snarled.
For a moment he looked back at Jessebelle, she was clearly new to all of this. Despite that being true, he would have to explain things later.

"I know isn't it?" Ms. Lee finally stopped laughing, curious as to why this boy was here. "So why exactly are you here boy?" She asked, fixing her gaze on Leo again.
Thinking nobody would notice, Jessebelle scooted over towards the gate of the orphanage and unlocked it. Grasping the top, she swung it open soundlessly and took off towards the end of the road.

Leo glanced back, what may have been silent for others meant some sound for Leo. Damn. She was running off, this wasn't good.
"...My uncle sent me here, and I see why. A demon caretaker and a 'half-blood' lying unconscious on the ground due to those little brats under your care. He probably wanted me to help her.."He told Ms.Lee. At least he was being honest about everything.

"Why should I give a damn if your uncle sent you here?" Ms. Lee yelled, ignoring Jessebelle as she ran away. "I couldn't care less about what your uncle thinks about me." She laughed again, looking down at Neil with her icy glare.

Leo didn't know the answer to that one, but his uncle did. Leo's phone went off in his pocket just as he went to say something or run of after Jessebelle.

Jessebelle ran all the way to the end of the block and turned left, running into a couple people on her way. She continued to run until she stood outside Starbucks, 4 blocks away from the orphanage.
Smirking, Ms. Lee gestured for Leo to answer his phone, not caring who was on the other end. She enjoyed watching people get in trouble and get punished.

Leo looked at his phone instead of Ms.Lee or looking for Jessebelle. Uncle Lukas had sent him something odd, he looked at her and then showed here the phone. The message read;Watch it Adetlanlee, or I will send you back to hell. Hope you like brimstone.~ Lukas. Leo was wondering if she knew what he meant since he was not aware that his father and uncle ruled over hell. He was always curious to see how she would react to that.

Going white in the face, Ms. Lee read the phone and gulped. "Watch your step boy, or your father might not save you next time." She snarled, turning around and slamming the door in his face.
Jessebelle ordered a chocolate chip milkshake with no whipped cream and sat inside the busy coffee shop, hoping and praying that Ms. Lee, the police, and the boy Leo wouldn't find her.

Leo looked at his phone,he didn't really care that she called Lukas his father. Uncle Lukas was always more of a father to him than Markus was. Still, he wondered how his uncle had that kind of power. He shook his head, he had bigger things to deal with, like finding Jessebelle.
"..where did she go.."Leo thought aloud when he turned his back on the orphanage. He saw run up the street, so maybe she went to a store or something. It wasn't much, but it was a decent start. Then Leo ran off too. It didn't take him long to see her in a Starbucks. Starbucks stores always seemed open to everything with all the windows the cafe had.
Silently, he entered Starbucks.

Jessebelle sat in the corner of the cafe facing the window so she would see if Leo or Ms. Lee was following her. Nevertheless, Leo still managed to sneak in without her noticing as she took another sip of her shake. Looking at her iPod, she saw it was pretty late, almost closing time for the Starbucks.

Leo looked around, there weren't many people around, which meant it was almost time for closing. He heaved a sigh before working up the nerve to walk over to the table she sat at. Very faintly he could hear music playing from her ear buds, so,without warning he took one out."..why did you run?"He asked as he sat at a table beside her table.

"GAH!" She yelled, her milkshake flying out of her hand and onto the table. There weren't that many people to stare at her as she blushed deeply, her face turning a deep crimson color. "'Cause I thought you guys were a bunch of loonies." She said once she had calmed down a bit.

"..I hope your weren't going to finish that.."Leo said after the milkshake fell on the table. Soon, his pale gaze went back to Jessebelle. "Hah, I've heard that one before, right before I told the therapist right before I told him he was fake. But seriously, I'm not insane, nor is Adetlanee...the human race isn't alone, it never was."Leo pointed out to her in a matter of fact kind of tone. He rested his head against the cool surface of the table. The coolness felt amazing to him at this point. "...and now that I think about it..you might be like me.."

"I was hoping to finish it." She shot back, barely listening to his short story. When he put his head on the table she giggled, but not out of happiness. He had put his hair right into the milkshake that had fell all over the table, his hair becoming sticky with the shake. Unable to control her laughter, she continued to laugh out loud until everybody was staring at her again.

Leo picked his head a bit and sighed, he kinda figured he would get milkshake in his bangs. Somehow , he didn't seem to care. It was like the summer heat was kicking his butt."Ahahha, yes it's soo funny that I have ice cream in my hair."He said before falling silent. He didn't like the fact that there were people looking in their direction. "..Jessebelle."He said,hopeing she would stop laughing.

"It's hilarious, just because you seemed all serious before." She continued to giggle, oblivious to the stares they were getting from the few people still in the coffee shop. Finally finished with her laughing fit, she handed Leo a napkin to wipe his hands off with. "Sorry for laughing...."

He shut his eyes,"...I see."He said. Leo wasn't really sure how to react or say about that. Many people had told him before that he was always too serious or cold, but was he really? His pale eyes opened when she stopped laughing, hopefully what little people in the store would stop staring now.

"...It's not that."Leo said taking the napkin with a soft thank you,"...it was drawing attention to us."He said, wiping his hands and getting milkshake out of his hair.
