[What would you think If I picked up the story a bit.]

{I wouldn't mind}

A shattering crash echoed through the small mansion, the sound of a very big window breaking. A scream came next as a couple pairs of footsteps sounded like they were fighting from upstairs, right where Jessebelle's room was.
Luckily, she had woken up right before the window and the wall around it had broken into pieces, figures with many legs crawling in. Demons, and not the kind that wanted to kill her. Rolling off the bed in a frenzy, Jessebelle took one of her shoes off and threw it a the closest demon hoping to buy some time.

Leo, with his keen sense of hearing, grabbed his katana and made his way down stairs(His room is on the third floor). He was quick and quiet. As he made his way to Jessebelle's room he listened closely to see if anyone else was headed to her room to...Damn. It was to hard with all the commotion to tell who was coming and going.
He slinked up to her bedroom door,he turned the door knob until it wouldn't go anymore. For a moment he thought before slipping inside her room, using the darkness of the room as a cover. "Jesse. Jessebelle, over here."He called softly, but loud enoguh for her to hear him.

Taking off her other sneaker, she threw it at another advancing demon and stole away to where Leo was by the door. "Leo?" She whispered, not believing her ears. She had no weapon now to help her with the demons and she already threw both of her shoes.

Leo quickly made the choice to stand in front of her, in his hand. There was a soft thunk when he unsheathed the blade, and pointed it at the advancing demon. "..Okay, maybe taking you from that orphanage wasn't the smartest idea.."He muttered, watching the demon very closely.

"They probably would have come after me eventually." Jessebelle said, no longer whispering. The demon that Leo was looking at feinted left and then came at him from the right, another surfacing on Leo's left side as well.

Leo wasn't that easy to fool, nor was he alone. Mathew had joined the little fight going on in Jessebelle's room. The boy whistled , as if trying to get the one on right from Leo to look at him. Meanwhile, Leo slowly looked to left, did it really think he wouldn't be able to sense it? "..this is annoying..See if you can get to Teacher's study.."He muttered

Watching Leo and Mathew fight for a couple minutes before leaving the room, Jessebelle tried to ask a question through the commotion. "Do you want me to get Teacher?" She asked, already at the door in a matter of seconds.

"Yes, go get him now!"Leo snapped at her. He didn't mean to it was just that he was a bit busy with something that seemed keen on killing him and Mathew but take off with Jessebelle. With a loud thwack the hilt of Leo's sword hit the side of the demon.

Mathew was the odd one, he kept moveing out of the demons way. He had yet to actually attack the thing. It was like he was purposely taunting the demon.

Not caring about how much noise she was making now, Jessebelle ran down the hallway on downstairs to Teachers study where he was fast asleep. Running up to him, she flicked him on the nose just as Leo had done. "Leo and Mathew are in trouble!" She practically screamed.

Teacher woke with a start after she flicked him on the nose. But in a split second the confusion and sleep written all over his face faded into something else. Something menacing. "..stay by my side,Jessebelle."He told her as he stood up.
He quickly headed up stairs, listening the commotion to get him where he needed to be. His eyes grew dark as he got to her room,"..Demons, in my house, I don't think so."He said with an odd calmness to his voice. He inhaled deeply, held his breathe and shut his eyes. When he breathed out thunder cracked jut outside of the window," Leave or else."He threatened the demons.

Jessebelle watched as Teacher's face turned from sleepy to determined in a split second, and a little menacing. Scaring her a little, she obeyed his orders and stayed close to his side as they ran up the stairs to her room.
The demons were still in the room, around five of them were still in there, a little startled when Teacher threatened them. Two of the demons scuttled through the open window with hisses of envy, but the other three stayed in the room by the window.

Teacher shook his head,"Maybe I should have a word with Marcus and Lucas to get rid of this demon infestation"He said. Once again, he shut his eyes long enoguh to focus on where one of the demons stood. Lightening lit up the sky in a violet color as it slithered across the clouds to the window thus shocking the demon. "..we wouldn't want that, now would we?"He inquired as he dared to step towards the demons.

Looking at each other briefly, the remaining demons fought each other to get to the window, killing another demon in the process.
Jessebelle remained right outside the door, too scared to go into the room again. The weird thing was, she remembered dreaming about demons crashing through the window a couple minutes before they actually did.

Teacher sighed."..This is a mess.."He muttered. He wasn't angry at any of them, no that angry was directed at the demons that decided to come to his house. Honestly , who did they think they were coming into his house like that.
"Hmm, are you alright Jesse,"Mathew had asked. He was leaning against a scythe with a small smile.

Nodding, Jessebelle hugged her knees to her chest and leaned her head against the wall. I almost died, or worse, got kidnapped. The thought raced through her head, infecting every part of her body. Soon she was thinking of leaving, just to save Leo, Mathew, and Teacher the trouble.

Leo seemed to be see through that look. His eyes narrowed,"...Jessebelle, get rid of the thought right now. Considering the fact if you get caught could still lead to death!"He pointed out to her.

"How'd you even know what I'm thinking? Are you psychic too?" She asked, pouting. "It was just a thought anyways, I really don't want to be on my own after that."
