Seems they'll be learning on the job. He couldn't say that he was fully prepared, yet he couldn't claim that he wasn't either. It would have to be dealt with. A shame that Reyonalds left before the magician could ask any further questions.

"Damn someone's having a bad month," York smiled a big sinister grin as he half told off the girlie mutt in the corner, Rams was grasping the situation now... Kinda. In his mind he had to beat the bad guys then he could go home. It was simple, easy, so he understood. Although he had never been told that he would get to go home after this it was just something he figured. York's talents were strong, turn into any beast, bird, or fish for up to five minutes. Then wait a minute. Sometimes less and bam! Change into another animal!

Now? -they were being taken away, and she seemed just focused on being nice, and apparently now it was time to tell everyone a tiny bit about yourself. Or what it seemed, your name and ability. She looked around as she watched, one by one, as all of them began to introduce themselves. More, a little better then others. Her eyes following them as they introduced themselves. Sienna, nature. Nelis, Manipulation. Synthia, unknown still. And then there was 'Mr. oh and mighty', Ramsley, the Animal Changeling person.

Ivy just glared at them 'well, I prefer it if you guys called me Ivy' before she could tell them off a soldier came into the room.
'Follow me please, I am to take you to the barracks for armour' he stood still as a statue as he stood by the door, Ivy approached him and inspected him up and down.
'Right' she replied 'and where is Reynolds?'
'He is readying the troops...' He was hesitant to speak but he said something that changed Sienna's image of some people in the army 'ma'am,we go out and we fight for our sectors. Of course he wouldn't frown down upon her attitude- he couldn't recall the last time he frowned upon anyone, so when she refused to share all he could do was smile.
"Well, it'll become known to us eventually," his deep baritone implied, "will it not? I suppose we'll just let time tell if you won't."
His eyes darted to the young boy/man, depending on whether he proves to be or not, as he began to speak. As presumed he was very proud of his title and this made Nelís grin, sit back, and enjoy the show. He wouldn't mind having York under the spotlight and perhaps that was his place since he seemed talented for it. At Nelis's comment the boy grew a smile bigger then his gorilla form, and it had been plastered open by his determination to go home. On his agenda was four major goals, fight some fools, show up the white witch a second time, go home, invite Nelis and flower girl over for some flavored ice. Life was good, he followed the soldier to what he believed would be the battle. He kept a bit quiet but his head was still running over the events as he saw them happening.

The sound of a human body hitting a wall made Synthia turn her head, seeing the young emperor in the middle of a vertical faceplant she couldn't help but snort a little as she bit her lip to contain a laugh. She quickly regained her composure and put on a poker face. Turning her back to him, she followed the others.
When they arrived in the armory, she looked around for a moment, using a trained eye to study their options. That was when she heard a familiar click and zapping sound. Oh god... who had let rookies touch her sword? She turned to see a pair of soldiers studying her sword, one of which looked stunned and his hair was standing up straight like he'd been hit by lightning. Making a beeline for them, she took the sword from them and scolded. "Weapons are tools, not toys. You're lucky you only triggered that one and not the other." Strapping the sword at her side, she scowled a little. It was a well-made blade, but it had some odd additions strapped near the base of it. One of those little additions had been what the soldiers had been so unlucky to have touched without knowing what it was. Additions like those were used by two kinds of people: crooks and mercenaries. Military grade weapons had their tech surprises built in.
Then, she claimed her armor from the floor, putting it on herself with trained ease. Aside from a red symbol on her breastplate, it was silver and blue armor with golden accents. As for materials, it was made of a mixture of high-quality leather (heat and electricity protection), some metal alloys (physical protection) and metal alloy chainmail. After she had her armor on, she felt a little more at ease with this situation. Dagger? Check. Sword? Check. Her blue eyes wandered to the racks and racks of guns. Maybe a small one...
Wandering over, she studied several of the smaller guns. She knew how to assess them, not as well as she knew blades, but still well enough to know which ones were better. Settling for one of the simpler ones, she slipped it into a strap on her upper right arm.
Satisfied, she moved to stand near the door, watching the others.
When they arrived in the armory, she looked around for a moment, using a trained eye to study their options. That was when she heard a familiar click and zapping sound. Oh god... who had let rookies touch her sword? She turned to see a pair of soldiers studying her sword, one of which looked stunned and his hair was standing up straight like he'd been hit by lightning. Making a beeline for them, she took the sword from them and scolded. "Weapons are tools, not toys. You're lucky you only triggered that one and not the other." Strapping the sword at her side, she scowled a little. It was a well-made blade, but it had some odd additions strapped near the base of it. One of those little additions had been what the soldiers had been so unlucky to have touched without knowing what it was. Additions like those were used by two kinds of people: crooks and mercenaries. Military grade weapons had their tech surprises built in.
Then, she claimed her armor from the floor, putting it on herself with trained ease. Aside from a red symbol on her breastplate, it was silver and blue armor with golden accents. As for materials, it was made of a mixture of high-quality leather (heat and electricity protection), some metal alloys (physical protection) and metal alloy chainmail. After she had her armor on, she felt a little more at ease with this situation. Dagger? Check. Sword? Check. Her blue eyes wandered to the racks and racks of guns. Maybe a small one...
Wandering over, she studied several of the smaller guns. She knew how to assess them, not as well as she knew blades, but still well enough to know which ones were better. Settling for one of the simpler ones, she slipped it into a strap on her upper right arm.
Satisfied, she moved to stand near the door, watching the others.
York recovered and did his best to ignore the giggles and remarks of the older team mates. But upon entering the armory he looked around in discontent. "Do you make armor in rhino sizes?" He asked one of the soldiers were befuddled by his question, "how about an axe big enough for a gorilla to wield??" Again all he got was silence, he really needed to find someone who could really help him. Where was the man who had lead them here, he saw Synthia had found her items and everyone else was still looking. "What are you thinking about snagging?" He asked the lass girl, seeing how they both were the youngest. Or at least both appeared to be the youngest in his eyes anyway.
OCC: apparently Rhythm wanted out, so Don'tbetrippin asked me to play as Demonica, I'll try my best ^-^")
Demonica followed them to a weaponry room. The guard told them that they could take whatever they wanted, which did spark a little interest in her. It had to be something easy to carry, and something not very noticeable. No one could deny the element of surprise. It was always interesting to watch how people underestimated her sometimes. Even so, she walked around the room wondering which she should grab. Which would be the best for her?
After a few minutes of weighing her options, she just decided on things that were small. They were easy to carry, and depending on her choices... they would be deadly. She finally accepted her choices of a hunters knife, a pistol, and the only large thing that she would carry would be a sword. Just in case. Not saying that she finally agreed with all of this, but there was obviously no way out.

As Sienna looked around she didn't find any weapon in the room that tailored to her taste, in the far end of the room was a pile of high end looking... Junk... It was piled up like they were thrown to one side ready to be destroyed, it looked really amazing too, power suits, guns and gadget that were either out classed or never worked 'Tsk, you guys need to clean up around here' Sienna turned on her heels and threw a thumb over her shoulder at the pile.
Moments later the ship's inside lighting changed from fluorescent to a flashing dark red, following the sudden change the ship felt like it was hit 'what is go--' Sienna fell to the floor as the ship spun wildly out of control. She held into a shelf for dear life as the continued to spin.
Sienna began to lose grip on the shelf until the whole ship felt like it hit something causing Sienna to fly back into a wAll losing consciousness all together...
*cough* 'h-hello?' Sienna asked as her eyes fluttered open, the smell of smoke burned her lungs as she breathed. The ship had a rough landing.
