'Alden, can you hear me?' A science was looking over a cyborg body, calling it Alden. The half human half robot slowly awoke.
'Wh... Where am I?...' The cyborg asked as his eyes slowly fluttered open
'Home' the scientist replied with a smile, flashing a little light between his eyes 'vitals seem good'
'Home? I have no home, get off me!' He yelled struggling In the metal hospital bed, they clamped him down to prevent his escape
'We're sorry Alden, the M.E.S.H operation has been scrapped, we must shut you down' the old man said playing with a hand held drill
'You're going to kill me?' Alden said looking at the drill 'think again' he hissed routing all off his remaining power into his right arm, he shattered his restraint, a blade shot out of his right metallic wrist Nd with a horizontal motion, a clean slit across the scientists neck made him drop to the floor colouring Alden's metallic feet and the floor red.

Alden re-routed his energy into his stealth armour, his metallic body slim-lined into a dark blue colour and his mouth was completely covered by a thin sheet of metal.

Not a guard about, time to make a move.

Kuro was once again deep inside a forest and had no clue where she ended up this time. She heard loud sirens form somewhere but it was hard to tell what direction. People were yelling and there was a very faint scent of blood and metal in the air. It was all starting to make her sick just as the hint of disinfectant hit her nose and made it burn and her stomach roll. She turned around, looking around her to figure out what was going on. Her instinct told her to run but she couldn't tell which way would be running away and running towards the noise. It was all too loud and overwhelming for her.

Alden crept through the shadows of the facility, his High frequency so samurai blade tucked in his sheath and his mechanical right hand lay resting on the hilt of the sleeping sword. Guards passed him by as he hid behind corners and crouched below tables.

'Hey did you hear?' One guard said approaching another who had his cap underneath his eyes to catch some sleep
'What?' The other guard replied yawning and stretching, sitting up on his chair
'The M.E.S.H unit, it's been shut down, they're killing off all the participants... Man, sucks to be them' the first guard said
'Tell me about it' chuckled the second 'after the new M.E.S.H recruit, what was his name? Erh, Alter?... No al- Alister? No... It began with, ALDEN, that's it, he took down an entire village of crooks but the mess he'd created and the peer that machine has, sheesh he should never had been fixed up' the second guard laughed picking up his baton and leaving with the first guard

Alden was pissed, if them two weren't innocent he would've cut them down in two. He shifted his feet and sprinted towards the window at the edge of the corridor, he looked out at the floor below 'judging from the height and the building, my maps say I'm in AltTech... I'm in the 30th floor' Alden said to himself
'Hey you!' The same guards called out to him, weapons drawn 'get down' their shaky voices made Alden slightly easy. Alden looked down at a scalpel laying on the floor, a few measurements were made in his head, he measure height, speed and movement speed to calculate the perfect escape. Once Happy he lifted his right foot, stomped on the very edge of the scalpel causing it to fly up parallel to his face. He grabbed the tiny blade and threw it into one of the guards shoulders, his joints let out a hiss of snugly up pressure and hot steam as Alden's body shifted into his normal armoured body befor he launched himself out of the window and felt the cold air against what human parts of his body he had left.

He came crashing down near Kuro, his mechanical body letting out a stronger hiss of steam charring the ground somewhat. He looks at her but looses consciousness in the split second he's able to compose himself somewhat, This was a bad time to lose consciousness.

Kuro staggered back as some man landed near her, but it looked like he was part machine. What was he? She heard footsteps coming closer to the two. She couldn't get caught now but she couldn't leave him either. She tried picking him, seeing that he was quite heavy with the metal attachments to his body but she was able to get him in her skinny arms and run off, though only half as fast as she could usually go. Once the noise of the sirens seem to become much fainter and her legs started to cramp, she put the guy on the ground and let her body fall to the ground not far form him, panting heavily. Her arms were terribly sore, her lungs screamed for air and her legs begged to never move again.

When Alden came to, he leapt up onto his feet, his body shifting into his battle armour. His battle armour looked that of a metallic samurai armour but black as night with red accents. Meh raised his sword at the red haired girl 'who're you?!' He asked shifting his feet and bending his knees into an offence stance. He held his sword in reverse but the point of the blade faced her 'where is the AltTech building!? Are you one of them!?' He asked as his samurai mask flipped onto his face from over his head.

They seemed to be close to an alley way and the only people that actually saw him were bums and they were too gob smacked to say or do anything. It is understandable since Alden is a half human/half robot cyborg.

His metallic joints hissed as they released the built up pressure in the form of hot gas. His red eyes flared as they were fixed on her, not knowing it was her that got him to safety, his dark blue bangs falling over his eyes.

Kuro raised an eyebrow at him, confused as to why this guy was holding a sword towards her. "I'm Kuro, I don't belong to any place called AltTech. I'm the one who dragged your heavy metal ass this far away form the place after you landed so close to me that I could've been killed. I'm also the one that will break that pretty little toy you are pointing at me if you don't get it out off my face." Kuro was clearly not going to be dealing with this guy. She grabbed the sword, by the blade and moved it away form her and stood up, the palm of her hand was cut open and bleeding pretty badly.

"I assume that you are part of some experiment as well but you were about to be terminated so you ran for your life, correct?" She knew it probably wasn't best to get snappy at a guy who's body was maybe half metal and could probably kill most human in under a second, but she didn't care weather he killed her now or not, she was going to make sure that this guy knew now that she wasn't to be messed with if he pointed that sword at her body again.

Alden stood upright and swiftly shook the blade of her blood and slid it into his sheath. He looked around keeping her in his peripheral vision, his right hand on the hilt of the blade 'as well? Are you suggesting you're an experiment? And if you are what are you?... It's obvious what I am' his body shifted into his regular form, it was a mix between his War armour and Stealth armour. The mask on his face flipped back into the back of his neck and he watched her with keen eyes. His lower jaw was also metallic but above his power jaw was all human except his right eye which was covered up by a strip of cloth that hung from his hair

'My name is Alden and your threats aren't as intimidating as they sound to you... I've been blown up, stabbed and semi crushed so I can take whatever you're sugggesting'

"Half human half animal mix hybrid, created to be the best solider but escaped before completion." She took notice of all the metal parts of his body wasn't familiar with this kind of thing, she knew how to handle a sword but had no clue that it was possible to fuse metal to a human body. She looked completely human, her red eyes was covered up though by her bright red bangs.

"I believe if I ripped the metal parts of your body off then crush your skull in against that wall, it would do some serious damage on you, but it would be very idiotic to kill someone after getting them away form danger, don't ya say?"

'You can try' Alden scoffed, he paused for a few seconds then held his hand out to shake hers 'I'm sorry I should be thanking you' not even cracking a smile, his life was filled with enough heartache to keep him from showing much appreciation but he knew when credit was due 'if it wasn't for you helping a stranger like that then I would be dead by now'

Kuro hesitated but then shook his hand quickly, not trusting him with good reason. "It is no problem, fate is a cruel and unforgiving being. Now, I believe it is time that I get going, I can't stay in one place for too long." She said, starting to walk out of the alley.

Alden didn't bat an eye, he just looked over his shoulder at her leave. Then a wild thought hit him, if she is an animal in some parts of her... Then her senses should be amplified than the average joe. Alden turned an called 'Kuro, wait, I need your help. It may seem strange but...' He pulled out a piece of cloth from one of his hidden gadget compartments 'I need you to get a scent from this, the guy I ripped it from was male' he said holding it out to her.

Kuro raised an eyebrow at him as she turned around to look at him. "Do I look like a dog? Scents are quite easy to follow if they are still fresh and the person is within a 100 mile radius, but I need a reason as to why you are asking me to sniff out some guy." It was a bit insulting to her to be asked to try following the scent for some guy like she was a German Shepard or a hunting hound.

'I may be a robot but it doesn't mean I have great tracking skills, this guy is important and he isn't close but he isn't too far to have his scent gone' he held it out to her 'I need to know...'

Kuro thought about this, hoping for her sake it wasn't some trap. She took a sniff at the cloth, not to pleased with the scent by how strong it was. "Are you wanting me to point you in the right direction or actually follow the scent?"

'Follow it please' he asked her, his right eye flaring up red 'you'd know soon why it's best for you to come with me'

Kuro sighed. "Alright, alright, calm down." It didn't take long for her to pick up the scent, she motioned with her head for him to follow her. She kept walking East, having to stop every now and again to catch the scent again. It wasn't strong in the air yet but it was getting there as they kept walking. Soon they came to a building where the scent was strongest. "He is probably in there, the scent is strongest there and isn't coming form any other direction."

Alden followed her, he stopped as she did and looked up at where she was looking. Very satisfied with her sensory skills he nodded at her in approval 'thank you, I just hope my some is ok...' He said drawing his blade. The building was 3 stories and it was layered in and out with guards covering different vantage points with snipers including heavy armoured infantry.

'I need your help Kuro, if there is anyway that my son is alive then I need to find him... I can't let them hurt him and change him into something like you or me... That scent was from a guy that worked with AltTech and I can't shake the feeling that they're planning on changing him into something ... Inhuman...'

Alden looked into her eyes with all sincerity 'Kuro if you take care of the snipers I can meet you inside. If they're alerted then they will hurt him...'

Kuro sighed and nodded. She knew very well that she knew close to nothing about this guy and that this could be a trap but her gut told her that it wasn't. "Alright, but we need to form a better plan than just me taking out the snipers. If we can't figure out where they are, I can very well be killed while looking for one. I'm not bulletproof."
