Logan (played by Swiftly)

Logan was leaned up against a wall in an alleyway, consumed in lighting his cigarette. His bloody lighter wouldn't come on, even though the air outside was still. It was good luck it was, too; he barely had on a shirt due to a skirmish with an angry shopkeeper who apparently found it rude that Logan had stolen a couple of beers and a cigarette pack. The man was now spilled over one of his shop racks, his blood running over big eyed stuffed animals. Luckily, the man didn't have any weapons. They were more irritating than hurtful for the hybrid, like gnats resting on his skin, and irritating things had no room in his life. 14 billion years of existence made him have a zero tolerance for anything that was less than perfect in his life. He'd lost all interest in money, in shallow things like big houses and success and love. He rather just liked to kill, eat sleep, and sometimes let his werewolf rake over the reins for a couple hundred years, enroll himself in colleges and highschools. Due to all of that, Logan knew everything from the 1200's to the 2000's, knew how everyone's understanding of everything evolved, knew how everything had elvolved. Minds, humans, everything.
Logan glanced up at the sound of sirens, then growled in irritation--police were so unnecessary--and turned the corner of the building, navigating the city's alleyways, stopping a few away.

Valerie was calmly heading home for her classes as the cop cars whizzed by, trying to catch someone that they would never find no doubt. Sometimes she wondered why she even picked this city to live in. It was grimy, and loud, and dirty, not to mention had the highest crime rate for miles. But then, she remembered is was all this that made It so cheap, and within her budget. Most of her money went towards her dance classes anyways. With a small sigh, she headed to her apartment, praying that the door man would not engage her in boring conversation as he always did at this hour. she turned and noticed that the local shop had been robbed. Again. That's probably what sent the police running.
She gave a small eye roll passing by to her Apartment building.

Logan heard her scuffling along, taking it as someone trying to sneak up on him and reached out, his cigarette all but forgotten and spinning her onto the brick wall of the alley way's left building.
"What do you want?" He hissed, green eyes gleaming as he held up the knife he'd conjured out of his jacket to her throat.

She gasped having the wind knocked out of her, as her silk slippers fell from her grasp and onto the pavement. She whimpered tensing at the feel of the metal against her neck. She scuffled towards the wall as much as she could to get away from the weapon.
"W-What?! N-Nothing!!" She shrieked tears filling her grey eyes.

"Really? Is that so? Then why are you snooping around me?" He said, pressing the knife further into her esophagus, to where the skin breaks by pressure. He resisted watching as the red substance slipped down over his knife's cool grey steel then onto her neck, instead locking eyes with her.
She whimpered and put her hands on his arm trying to pull the knife away. "I was going home!!" She cried. "I had dance today!" She hiccupped struggling violently.
Both his grip on his knife and his scowl faltered. "Dance?" He asked, but then both strengthened again. "What is that?!" He shouted, eyes glistening with malice again. "Some kind of enemy fighting tactic?!"
She desperately reached for her shoes. "Y-you preform!! " She whimpered holding them up slightly. "s-see?"
Dâmmit, he thought, realizing his mistake on this. He'd let his curiosity get the better of him. He cursed quietly as he whipped his arm off of her neck, turning around and sulking off out of the alleyway he'd pulled her into.
She shakily leaned against the wall trying to catch her breath. She had one hand on her throat. She made a small noise before scrambling as quickly as She could To Get out of the alley. In her hurry to escape, She left behind a small silver charm bracelet Where She had been attacked.
Logan grumbled a bit, going into a run of the mill apartment complex and treading up the stairs to an upper floor.
Once he got into his apartment, he she'd himself of his clothes, still cursing himself for screwing up that big and running a perfectly promising kill.

Valerie sighed and dropped straight onto her couch with a groan. "Come here Kida..." She mumbled as a skinny black cat curled up on her lower back purring. She sighed scratching her ears softly, reaching behind her back.
Logan growled at the noise. "Shut up!" He yelled through the walls, knocking on his neighbor's side of the wall.
After a moment, She sighed and reached. For her bracelet. She almost shrieked when it wasn't on her wrist, She grabbed her home and shove sitting In her pocket quickly running back to the alley to look.
