The idea of MSF was to create a military free from the norms of life and law of the government. The founder of this organization was known none other as the legendary soldier of Black Ops, Special Forces, the man who killed the Boss. To the soldiers they referred to him by his title "Big Boss", to the man's closest friends he was known as Naked Snake, to a mere few he was known as John, but to one he was called "Jack". For this tale we'll refer to him by his codename "Snake".
Snake had built his organization to the highest point. The base was on an offshore plant in the pacific, near the America's. The mother base consisted of 21 Platforms each connecting to the main platform. 3 holding around 100-200 Helicopter's, Tanks, Apcs, you name it. 4 of the hexagons held the soldiers in which were made up of Battle Combatants, Medics, Scouts, Engineers, Heavy Gunners, mercenaries whom had no motherland. 4 other platforms held the R&D team whom worked specifically on creating weapons ad gadgets for the soldiers of MSF. Down below was a weapon known as METAL GEAR ZEKE. In short, a nuclear deterrent. 2 platforms had a mess hall, 5 platforms held the command center, the rest kept mission support and transport at the ready. A real haven for soldiers as some would say.
The story goes deeper but that's for another time. As of now MSF is dealing with an all time serious problem. The pipeline and sewage had been blocked. You would think that after all this time in business they wouldn't have this problem. Snake tried to have the R&D team to deal with it. However not a single one had any experience with plumbing. Defeated Snake had no choice but to call in a plumbing expert. This was a risky move, but he'd rather die by torture than by his own fecal matter.

Driving at streets of Raccoon City, where you have to expect the Raccoon traffic, but today's traffic wasn't heavy as its usual. A mysterious and silent but yet skilled mechanic, as well as a plumber was waiting for some private vehicles to cross on the other side of the road or perhaps waiting for the red light of the traffic post to turn green. Inside his small truck with the label of his agency on the side of his door, the "Raccoon City Plumbing Services", he was crossing his arms across his chest as let out a sigh from his pale and moist lips.
All of sudden a continuous ringing and vibration from his pocket occur, it was from his phone, he pulled out his phone from his pocket and views at the screen of his phone to see the name and the number of his caller, a heavy sigh escaped from his lips as he pushed the "answer" button and spoke with his deep, rough and British accented voice.
"How many times do I have to tell you Jared, I'll pay you when I got he money!"
"Whoa whoa...easy knife mastah! that's not the reason why I called you. Jacob and Lee aren't available because they got services that they need to do." the man on the other line replied with some 'rapper-wanna-be' accent
"What about Keiren?"
"Oh that manwhore is having a sausage fest with his guy"
"Gross" he said with a tone of frustration in his voice
"I know man; Anyways I know you got a free time, I got a call from a company, some sort of, called 'MSF' I dunno what it means but it sounds bad-ass enough.They got some pipes that are need to be replaced...so it's all up to you now"
"Sounds like an easy job, text me the address then I'll go there fast as I could"

Not long after the information was sent. A helicopter awaited for this David King to arrive and help with the plumbing. The man who awaited for David was Morpho. A pilot for MSF and one of the few whom had the training to pilot any aircraft. Rumor has it that Morpho managed to pilot his first plane while he was 7. He wore his pilot gear which consisted of a helmet, pilot BDU's, and an MSF patch on his shoulder which read 'Militaries San Frontieres'. The pilot began to pace left and right waiting for the car to show up. Not long after he received a call from mother base.
"Raven 3-1...Yes sir I understand the situation...Yes sir...No I will not reveal any key information of our base...Copy sir. He should be arriving shortly. I'll contact you when he arrives."
With that the pilot ended the call, hopped into the Custom MSF helicopter, and prepped the engines for the arrival of this plumber.

Once again David's cellular phone rang but different from the first one it's just a sound of a bell, David quickly pressed the 'open' button on his screen as a text message showed up, where the address is written, not far from David's current location bu he has never been there before.
As the traffic light switches to green, he grabbed the steering wheel as he steps on the gas and headed to the location given to him, while a tune of Avenged Sevenfold's song plays on the stereo.
