He was taken by surprise when she hugged him, almost in a comforting way. He looked down, "in my lifetime I've had nine friends" he said quietly, "your the tenth" he said to her, quietly.

"In mine, I've had one. Can you guess who that is?" She asked. She was glad to know that they were friends

"Me?" He asked her. Well that as sad. A girl who appeared around his age, who only had one friend, that must've been lonely. At least he had had some. But they were scattered across time. Centuries.

She nodded sadly, still sitting beside him, with her hands in her lap. She really never had friends, just mostly kept to herself.

He grew silent, not saying a word, just, sitting there in the since between them. Thoughtful.

Rose really didn't know how to break a silence quite like this one. It wasn't really uncomfortable so much as peaceful and in thought. She looked at him for a moment, then turned her gaze back outside.

Draik looked out at the lake in the darkness which now surrounded them, only to be lit by a little bit of moonlight, and the stars above. Thoughtful, remembering,

Rose looked over at Draik again, watching him. He appeared to be in deep thought.

Draik snapped from his deep thought and looked at Rose, noticing she was looking at him.

Rose continued watching him, her mind wandering. Soon she realized he had turned to look at her, and noticed her staring. Blushing, she turned away, thanking the darkness that he couldn't see her reddened cheeks.

He slightly tilted his head at her, but blew it off, and looked back at the lake. Not deep in thought now. After a moment he looked up at the stars. He remembered back in 1897, hearing a lady tell their grand daughter that the stars were all the people you've lost in your life- one for each person who had died before. So Sebastian had his own star. Though he always found the fact of his friend ironic, he had the same name as the Prague, but he knew they weren't the same person because his friend had blonde hair.

Rose looked over at him, then grabbed a handful of gummy bears, plopping one in her mouth. "What's your favorite color?" She asked, randomly.

He looked down at her, "green, maybe red" he said to her stuck between those two. "What's yours?" He asked her.

"Blue, actually." She said, toying with a blue gummy bear.

"That would be my third favorite" he said to her. Green, red, blue.

"What about your favorite animal?" She asked, turning her head to look at him once again.

"A dog, or a fox" he said to her. Then looked at her stuffed animal, "I'll assume yours is a wolf?" He asked her. Though in a way a wolf was a dog, a wild, untamed dog.

She nodded. "Wolf, or tigers..." she said, glancing outside at the calm lake.

"If you could do anything in the world, logical or not, what would it be?" He asked her.

"Travel the world, be a Singer. I want to change the world." She said after a moment of thought. "What about you?" She asks, watching him.
