"He's..almost always been there" he said to her. "I grew up with him" he said to her.

"You've been with him for a long time... my brain would be tired... after all those centuries..." she mumbled, Sighing.

"That's what you think. But sadly you can't actually know" he said to her.

She looked over at him, her blue eyes scanning him, and her head tilted in confusion. She let the subject drop and continued walking, looking back down at the sidewalk.

He looked up. "You'll never know what it feels like to live as long as me, and my uncle have" he said to her. With that he went silent.

She chuckled dryly, under her breath. " Voi fi mort și tu vei fi aici mult timp după," she mumbled to herself, barely audible to her own ears.(I'll be dead and you'll be here long after).

Draik looked down, just barely hearing what she said. If she listened closely she would hear him faintly say sadly in Russian,

(FANGIRLING BECAUSE I SHIP ROSE AND DRAIK THEN THE SADLY THING LIKE WHYYYYYYY )
She could hear him mumble something after she said that, and she looked away, imagining something like that brought tears to her eyes. Her cruel mind could only picture Draik having to move on, leave behind another friend. She couldn't do it. The sad thing was that he would have to keep doing that. Forever.

(Cue the sad violin music!!!! )
(You know there is always the chance he could turn her into a vampire)

( what, the sadness needed some creepy)

He looked down at the sidewalk, a sad expression hidden behind his hood. "Being immortal is stupid..for reasons like these" he said. His friends either left him for death, or he had to leave them to save them from death. He grew awfully silent, a saddening silence,

(AHAHAHAHAHA YES IT DID OMG THAT'S LITERALLY PERFECT! )
"If I had the choice, I wouldn't leave you to an existence like that..." she mumbled quietly, thinking she wouldn't be heard. She wouldn't want to live alone the way he does.

He hesrd what she said snd he looked down more. He bit his bottom lip, he knew there was away, though he didn't know if it would work, but he wouldn't dare put this burden on her.

(FANGIRLING SHIP SHIP SHIP AHH)
She stayed silent, looking away and eventually clearing the tears from her eyes without spilling any. She wondered if he heard her, and how he would react. She didn't look at him, no those images will come back.

(*no comment*)

"I hate this" he said and kicked a rock with the tip of his shoe and sent it skittering and bouncing along the sidewalk until it stopped a little bit ahead.

(xD I know, I know... I'm weird)
"What?" She asked, gaining the courage to look over at him as he kicked a rock.

He looked at her, then quickly looked down, as if trying to hide his expression, which held faint sadness. He shook his head slightly, "nothing" he said quietly.

"Draik..." she sighed, "If there's something something wrong, you know you can tell me..." she said softly, not meeting his gaze.

He shook his head, he didn't want to tell her what was wrong. At least, not now. Maybe later, but not now. He looked up slightly, and saw they were only a few minutes away from their destination. Man time flew..

"Are you sure they'll accept a human in whatever place this is?" She asked softly after a few moments passed. She didn't want some supernatural creature attacking her. It could happen...

"They not likely to ask if your human" he said to her, "besides, no human has ever discovered this place" he said.

"What if they see that I am? What would they do?" She asked. She would hope they couldn't tell. She would rather stab herself in the eye with a spoon then die in this place.
