"How do you fight somebody tackling you? Its such a sudden move.." he questioned.

"You're supposed to be the slick vampire! I'm just the little human," she replied, making sure no one could hear her say it though. She grinned at him, thinking to herself that she once took down a vampire. She internally laughed at herself.

He opened his mouth, but closed it without a word. He had no comeback. A human had beat him, oh well.

She laughed. "I took down the big bad Draik, and left his speechless," she teased with a grin.

He grinned alittle at her and tilted his head, " I thought the young ones were supposed to respect their elders?" he questioned.

She tried to think of a comeback, but she couldn't. She blushed lightly, the old vampire silenced her. "Vampir mascate," she mumbled to herself. (Sneaky vampire)

He faintly heard her mumble, and he chuckled lightly. It was ironic. He was far older tehn her, yet he appeared 2 years younger then her.

She nudged him. "Walk me home so I can get dry clothes?" She asked, looking up at him.

He looked down at her, "okay" he said to her, and began to walk away from the river, and through the park, and began to walk her home.

"Okay." She replied with a slight smile, following him out of the park.

He continued to walk her home, though he was taking less populated routes sometimes. Avoiding places with lots of people. The last thing they needed was people starring, right?

She walked alongside him, glad that he stayed on a path with fewer people. They were soaked, after all.

The route took alittle longer, but after some time, soon, he got her home.

(After that line I wanna burst out in song )
She looked at him as they reached her house. "You gonna leave or stay? You can borrow something of Jack's if you want, he won't care.

"You wouldn't mind if I stayed?" he questioned, even if she had no reason to.

(Reasons....)
"No, of course not," she replied, opening the door to go inside.

( like?)
He slightly nodded an okay. It seemed he was staying for a bit.

"If you don't want to stay in those," she paused to gesture at his wet clothes as she led him in and shut the door, "Jack's room is upstairs and the first on the left, find some clothes I guess, you could probably find something. Give me fifteen minutes," she explained with a wave as she ran upstairs to quickly shower and dress. She felt weird from the river water.

He listened to her instructions, and when she concluded he nodded a silent okay. Jack's room is upstairs and the first on the left. Draik wondered if the boy was even home. He watched Rose go upstairs, then he quietly went to Jacks door.

Rose quickly showered, got out and put on dry clothes, a pair of jeans and a sweater. She blow dried her hair and brushed it, taking around the fifteen minutes she asked for. She walked out, going to see if Draik was okay.
