She grinned. "See, you aren't bad at all!" She assured him with a small laugh, but paused and got serious. "Why didn't you want to sing?" She asked, tilting her head once again in confusion. She liked his voice, was he just insecure about it or was it something else?

( hehehe)

Once he was dine he went all mute again, and looked away. "I think I stink at singing" he said in all honesty.

Her eyes softened. "No you don't! I think You're good," she told him. She honestly liked his voice and thought he was pretty good, she didn't understand Why he thought that.

"Thanks for your opinion.." he said to her, looking over at her again. He just had always thought he WS bad a singing, he always had, all his life he thout that.

She didn't say anything else, she just looked down at the floor.

He looked at the floral quietly, before looking back at her. "How come you like singing?" He asked.

"It's a way of expressing yourself. It's something I guess I'm decent at, and I like music," she explained quietly, still looking at the floor.

He looked away, looking down at the floor. After a moment, he simply nodded once. That sounded like a good reason to him.

She sighed, an attempt to clear what felt like an awkward air to her. "What do you want to do now?" She asked, looking back up at him for a minute, then to the floor.

(*spends a overly long amount of time thinking about that* hm... its okay, I don't hate you for it either)

"I don't know.." he answered in the mist of the awkwardness between the two. It was odd. Unsettling in a way.

(*Gives 13,000,000 pounds of skittles* I sorryyyyy)

"Sorry for forcing you into that," she said quietly, looking to the side. She didn't like the way it felt in this room. She liked the light and playful air they had earlier today in the park.

(o.o ...I forgive )

He smiled faintly, "its okay" he said to her. Curiosity sometimes got the better of people. He knew that. Sometimes it got the better of himself. He looked at, "you sing better then me though" he complimented her.

(Yeeeeeeyh! *jumps in the pile of skittles*)

She smiled softly at him. "Thanks," she said, not arguing the subject, though she liked his voice. She looked back up at him, her expression a little happier.

(*does the same,*)


He smiled a little at her, the awkwardness in the air seemed to ease a little. For some reason every time he looked at Rose, he felt like they had met before, had they? He doubted it..yet, just the feeling.

(*swims in skittles*)

She smiled, looking down at her hands. "I had fun today," she told him. She felt strangely comfortable around him, even back when they weren't friends. Probably just some vampire thing. That's what she kept telling herself, at least.

He looked up at the ceiling thoughtful until Rose said she had fun today then his attention went to her. "I had fun today top" he said to her. He always had fun when he was around her.

"At least," she replied simply, the events of the day running through her mind as she looked down at her hands.

He looked away, looking down at the floor. No matter what they did together, it was always fun.

"What now?" She repeated, looking back up at him. She ran a hand through her auburn hair, and shifted from one foot to the other.
