Are their OOC forums for each individual rp, I can't seem to find them if their are.

There are OoC forums for people looking for RP & people who want to discuss RP, but I believe the term you're looking for here is 'thread', which is the term for any topic created in the forums!

In which case, making an OoC thread for individual RPs is up to the discretion of each person who starts a roleplay! They're free to make an OoC thread for their RP, or they can just jump right into the IC action. Does this help answer your question?

Yes thank you, and sorry I really should of used the term threads. The way you guy's have this site set up is just very different then from what I am used to seeing. I understand what you are saying though so thank you for clearing that up.
