It started with a call. Just a simple phone call and suddenly Talia found herself driving to the hospital in hopes of finding him there. He was the one whom had caused her to be on the run, in hiding from the police and constantly concealing her powers. But it was not all bad; Taila had been in love, felt like a normal person even. He had made her smile and enjoy the small things in her life. It was because of the fond and warm memories she shared with him that she was even risking her existence to come a see him.
Months in hiding and practicing her stealth had allowed her to easily slip pass the police whom guarded his room. And there he lay, sleeping unconsciously in a hospital bed.
"Sam..." Talia whispered breathlessly at the sight of him. She couldn't believe it was it him, that he was actually alive. It was bitterly sweet, that Fate would have her find him again after pulling them apart for so long. But nonetheless Talia was happy once again and the stream of tears that flowed from her blue eyes was definitely prove of that.

Officer Howard and Officer Jackie, their partner Colt had been killed a few months ago by the man that lay in the hospital bed. They were the only two people who had seen Talia's face and they weren't allowed on this case for that reason. A new lead Detective had been put I charge of the case and had ordered Sam be given a brain stimulant. A dangerous steroid used to question criminals in comas, but there was a reason it wasn't used on normal people. The longer the person stays awake the more likely they are to fall asleep into death. A few minutes of questioning shouldn't hurt though.
Memories were gone from Sam's mind, he had no recollection of any of it. Had he robbed a bank killed a cop and attempted to kill another? It couldn't be true, he had just worked at a small town radio station, although he didn't remember that either. He remembered nothing but gentle white hair, it flowed into his unconscious thoughts and was the only thing from his previous life that he remembered. Who did it belong to? A girl perhaps??
A nurse placed the syringe on the hospital table at the end of the bed. The detective would be there in a hour or so, but she was followed in by someone, someone with white silky hair... Who was she? And would she administer the steroid before the detective could arrive???

Lost in her emotions, Talia had hardly noticed the Nurse. But seeing how she could pose as a threat, Talia moved towards the Nurse and activated her powers. Staring into the Nurse's eyes, Talia connected into her memory and erased her existence of ever being there. She would be momentarily stunned but that would be all that Talia needed.
Moving to his bed side, Talia waved her left hand over his body, causing her intricate blue tattoo to glow in response.
"Awaken," She whispered softly, her powers pulling him from the depth of his slumber. This was the moment Talia had desperately been waiting for, to finally be reunited with him once again. Though she knew her joy would be short lived once the police figured out he was gone and tried to chase them once more.

All at once the girl collapsed and all Sam's wounds started to bleed by this power of magic she had set his heart into over drive but his brain still wouldn't power on. His only hope now was the syringe on the table! If he didn't have that injected into his neck within the next minute he would have a heart attack and be lost. The police wouldn't have so solved case, the doctors work would have been wasted on keeping him alive, and Talia's love would die in front of her. On the other hand if she used the vile to wake him up he would have to be kept awake or else he would surely die, a double edged sword and a true catch 22. Let him die now or wake him up for who knows how long... Thorne's heart raced in his chest, about ready to burst as the monitors beeped wildly.
Talia tired not to panic as the monitors beeped like crazy. She had thought that would've worked yet it did nothing but add to her growing problems. Looking around she noticed a syringe on a nearby table, somehow without even knowing it, Talia felt she had to use it. Picking it up and moving quickly, Talia stabbed it into his Neck, allowing the clear liquid inside to be injected into his body.
"Please, Please, Please work!" She whispered frantically, looking towards the door ever so often to check if anyone had noticed the loud beeping coming from within the room. Sam had to awaken now, unless Fate decided to screw with her once again!

The white hair became as ash in his inner mind and charred away in front of him. His back bent and it felt like he was being pulled upwards at an uncomfortable fast rate. His eyes shot open and he took a loud breathe choking on the breathing tube in his throat he franticly pulled it out scratching the inside of his neck slightly as her did so. He gagged and looked around very confused, a girl stood before him. Who was she? The needle feel out of his neck and broke against the tile floor. The only thing in the world he wasn't confused about was the white silk hair... I was the only thing that made sense right now.
'Who the hell are you?' The single police man outside the door had heard the beeping and entered. He saw the nurse on the floor and didn't know if she was dead or just knocked out, he pulled his gun from his holster and it was back in front of a barrel as it was nearly four months ago. It had taken almost the whole time for the police to decide what to do and the nurses to keep him stable. It had started snowing outside, a cold december day, 'I repeat! Who the hell are you!' Sam looked at the woman hoping to learn the same thing.

Talia sighed, slightly agitated with the yelling from the police. Why did they always have to be so loud and demanding? Well at least he didn't start shouted she was a witch or something.
"I'll tell you. but then you'll have to forget about. So really there is no point..." Talia kept her voice calm and soothing, trying to keep the police from shooting anyone. But now she had to move fast.
"I'm terribly sorry about all this," She whispered to the Man, before activating her powers again. Her eyes and tattoo glowed as she erased his memory.
Frowning once she was done, Talia turned her attention to Sam whom she pulled in a tight but brief hug.
"I'm so glad you're alive!! I've missed you so much!" She whispered to him happily. It felt so good to be with him again.

The man had forgotten everything, and the force of his brain being whipped instantly caused him to collapse next to the nurse on the floor. Sam felt the embrace of the woman and still pondered at who the heck she was. His male instincts kicked in and he hugged her back, she was rather attractive and he recognized the touch of her hair but was still rather lost on who she was. He had no idea the mess he was about to be in, nor how he would be wanted dead or alive, and seeing how if he fell asleep away from medical professionals he would die. He would soon be feeding on a straight diet of caffeine pills and red bull, but first they had to escape the hospital.
"Well let's get out of here!" Talia said with a smile before looking outside the hospital room. There was no one else really out besides a few Doctors and Nurses, which would make it easier for them to escape. Though Sam was wearing just a Hospital gown and anyone caught in that would surely raise some eyebrows, if she didn't dress him properly. Looking around the room for some article of clothing, Talia noticed the unconscious Cop was wearing a brown leather jacket which Talia figured would be perfect for him to wear. Quickly stripping him of his jacket, Talia handed Sam the jacket and beckoned him to follow her out.
Using her powers ever so often and her small persuasion skills Talia had somehow managed to get them botg out of the Hospital and with two cups of caffeinated coffee. Something she figured they both would really need.
"So Sam, How did you feel?" She asked him, sipping from her cup and watching the Snow fall. It was a beautiful sight to see, so relaxing and soothing which was ironic in such times as these. After all Talia was constantly on the Run and rarely had a moment's rest.

"Who's Sam?" He inquired following the woman outside, he wanted to ask who she was but hadn't worked up the courage yet to do so. As he followed her outside he noticed two police walking inside, could those two be looking for the other one dressed like he was. And another question what was this dark liquid he was sipping from?? It was rather sweet with sugar and some kind of cream but he had no idea what it was. Who was this Sam guy, could it possibly be him?
"Who's Sam?! Do, Do you really not know who you are?" Talia looked at him as if he grown a second head. What had that Coma done to him?! If he didn't remember who he was, then He probably didn't know who she was. Just the thought of such a horrible thing, for him to have lost all those memories of him and her together, it hurt !
"You're Samuel Thorne, Sam for short" Talia explained, her voice had gone soft and felt raw with mixed emotions. Sighing she took a long sip and then threw the now empty cup in a trash can.
"Come on, I'll explain more on the way home" She said heading towards the truck she had "Borrowed"
Speaking to The "Lost" Sam was quite the challenge! Talia had explained mostly everything, Whom she was, Her powers, Why they had to hide from the police, yet he was still so very...quiet. Which bothered Talia a lot! She thought he would at least say something or return back to his old self, yet he still felt so distant from her. Sighing she watched him from her spot on the couch, currently in what was a small safe house for them. It was hidden in a small part of the woods and with the snow falling it would take some time for the police to even find them.

Sam went with her as she explained what all had happened. His fathers death, the robbery, the events at the police station, all if it. He sat quietly and listened to the her speak and waited for her to be finished with everything before finally answering. "It was your hair," she probably needed more explanation then that, "the reason I blindly followed you out of that hospital was your white silky hair..."
"My hair?" Talia raised an eyebrow at him. Her hair had made him follow her? That was a very...odd thing but nonetheless she was glad that it happened.
"Did it help you remember anything else? Maybe unlock some other memories?" She asked out of curiosity. Talia was more than glad to hear him speak, she never really knew how much she missed the sound of his voice, maybe it was just his past of being a radio host or it could just be that she missed him entirely.

"When I was asleep," he explained, "it was like I was empty, but to fill the void a single memory poked through my subconscious... Your hair." He wasn't embarrassed to say this fore he didn't remember what it was to be embarrassed. He was awake but had a little bit of a head ache starting right behind his eyes. He thought it would be best to ignore it for now and hope it went away.
"Hmmm, Well I'm glad at least one thing of me stayed in your memory. I would be distraught if you remembered absolutely nothing of me..." Talia said solemnly. Having him remember something was better than nothing!
"But it seems we have time to spare, at least for a little awhile. So do you have any questions for me? Or maybe you would like to eat something? Though I may not be the best cook,I guess it's better than not eatting anything..." Talia couldn't help but ramble now. She was caught in a weird storm of emotions. Happiness, Sadness, Worry, Guilt, and a little bit of pain from using her powers so much, yet Talia ignored most of her raging emotions and focused on Sam right now. After all he was having a bad case of amnesia and had been injected with a weird chemical from a syringe, which Talia had yet to know what was inside it, but was thankful that it managed to wake him from his Coma.

"I am pretty hungry," he said seemingly breaking her concentration, "being in a coma for months will do that to you." He had a hint of humor in his voice, half by accident and half subconsciously trying to cheer her up. "You said this wasn't your home, only a safe house right?" He looked around, it seemed really nice. If she had never expected any of this to happen the first time how would she have a safe house? This was unimportant now though, "then do you have food here or do we have to go out to get it???" He looked down he was wearing a police bullet proof vest over a hospital dress, he wondered if she had any real cloths for him, or a place to shower...
"Well there is food here. You could have a sandwich or Cereal, I also have Ramen and I could make some Stir Fry" Talia listed the various foods and items she had picked up but then stopped herself when she felt she was rambling again.
"Sorry, I normally don't act like this." She apologized with a faint blush on her cheeks. "How about this? You can go Shower up and Change, While I just save myself the trouble of possibly killing your tastebuds and go buy us something to eat." Talia actually thought this plan was better if slightly risky.
Turning the knob on the door to go outside Talia suddenly turned around as if she had just remembered something. She oopened her mouth to speak but then closed it, settling on saying something different then she wanted.
"Sorry once again if the clothes that I have are too big. The man whom wore them was quite buff but he doesn't really need them now..." She whispered the last part, her voice held a twinge of guilt.

Sam stood walking over to the bathroom but turned when she apologized for the cloths. She really seemed to like him, had they really dated in the past? Why didn't he remember?? He watched her leave and looked in the bathroom taking off the vest and hospital gown. As he stepped into the shower all he could think about was her kindness and wondering why would she do this for him when he didn't even remember her.
Though the increasingly fallen snow made the short trip harder and longer than she wanted, Talia had made it back without causing any incidents. Now that the Police had discovered Sam was missing they were searching for him everywhere! While out shopping for food and other items they might need, Talia had been asked at least eight times from eight different police about: Have you seen this Man? Luckily for her none of them seemed to remember her face, least of all her hair.
"You're still quite the popular one," Talia commented once she entered the small house carrying a few different bags. The first one was their food, Chinese. The second one was filled with an assortment of winter clothes and The third was a small bag from the pharmacy. While one of police were busy questioning her, Talia learned about Sam's condition and how desperately he would be needed to stay awake, so thinking ahead she bought some caffeinated pills. Hopefully they would work...
