I need some help. I just joined and I don't know what I'm doing. How do II add a profile picture? How do I create more characters and how do I fix their pictures and information?

As for changing your icon, scroll over 'Dashboard', and click 'Your Profile' from the drop down menu.
Click the icon there and you can upload a new one.
