Aiden Hikari (played by Rhythm)

It was a typical, quiet, peaceful afternoon in the woods. The sun was shining, the blue skies were almost clear except for a few clouds just flying by, and all seemed so glorious, so, untouched by civilization. The animals in the woods were active with squirrels running around overhead in the trees, or fighting over acorns. The birds either sat in their nests, or soared the sky above. Rumor had it there was an old abandoned cabin somewhere out in these woods, a few people went and searched, but all came out with no luck. Saying this cabin in the woods rumor was just a myth, before they headed home. Little did they know, mere myths, sometimes are truely real mysterys to be solved. It just depended on how hard people were willing to look for it, or were they looking to hard, so blindly, and missing it with it being right infront of them? The mystery was, would anyone ever find this cabin?
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

Crystie happened to be walking through these very woods. Sure, she had heard stories about the mysterious, rundown cabin out here, but never gave it a second thought. She was sure it was just a story to keep people out of the woods. Actually, she was rather grateful that people were hesitant to search the woods as it made it more peaceful to stroll through. Crystie had heard all sorts of stories about the cabin: that a monster lived their and tortured his victims before eating them alive, an old man who would give you all the riches you could desire if you found him, a lonely demon who would become very agitated if people disturbed him... These silly stories went on and on. Today though, she didn't even have time to chuckle about the stories as she walked through the woods. She had too much on her mind, and was using her time now to clear her head. As she strolled through the woods a sigh escaped her as she looked around. The nature around her seemed so...peaceful, as if nothing ever disturbed it. She wished life could be like that.
Though that was never the case.
"I should stop worrying. Whatever happens, happens!" She told the trees around her. Sometimes she wished they could hear her. After a few silent moments she looked down at her shoes, as if lost in thought.

Deep within the woods, very deep, there was a cabin. Not to small, not to big, just, perfect sized. It appeared a little rundown, with plants growing up the sides of it, and shattered windows with broken glass on the porch, and on the inside in the floor. Inside this house sat a boy in a bedroom, reading an old book. It was some old book about horror stories, fiction or fact. Seeing he same more then humans did, he wanted to know what humans thought. The book held various opinions of peoples ranging from "yes yes they exist!!" To "no, they're like imaginary friends, fake." Humans were so clueless, dark things lurked everywhere, they were just to blind to see it. Blind to the world around him. He sighed quietly as he turned the page, it was saddening. They were lucky.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

Crystie continued her walk, utterly clueless as to where she was going or just how far she had gone. She was puttering around, muttering to herself as she did. Every now and then she would bit her lip and shake her head and then start walking faster.
Finally, after the minutes had turned into hours, she decided it was time to head home. The sun was just starting to set, sending a warm orange glow over the woods. She sighed and lifted her head to see..she was completely lost. She turned around and around but could not remember where she had come from.
"Shit! I got lost thinking too hard! Damn it...." After pondering for a moment she decided just to pick a way and start walking. Sooner or later she would have to reach a town or something...right? She could bum a ride off someone once she did. "Sasha is going to think I'm an idiot for getting lost," She told herself as she trudged on. She was starting to get tired, and her stomach began to rumble. She hadn't eaten since breakfast and this only added to her weariness.
After walking around for what seemed like an hour, she was starting to lose hope. "What if I end up having to stay here all night? What will I do then?!" She groaned in frustration and then suddenly...she saw it. Through a dense patch of trees she saw the oak sidings of what she first though was a house. Tentatively, she approached it and found it to be a cabin. She forgot the stories at once as she looked around. It looked run down and abandoned, as if it had been sitting here for years. she carefully walked up the steps and they groaned in return, as if no one had walked on them in years. Carefully, she opened the door and stepped inside, looking around. "Hello?" She called out, not expecting an answer in return.

Humans were lucky little bastards. They could live carefree, or at least some days. They could be happy, and cheerful, and feel intense joy. They at least stood for something, afterall, you don't really stand for much when you live in fear. He scowled a little, shut his book and threw it across the room, and the medium sized book collided with a mirror, shattering glass all over the floor, and caused the mirror to fall off the wall. He sighed, rested his back against the wall as he sat on the bed.

The day seemed to pass by as if father time just sped up his watch and returned to the time to a normal pace around sunset. Aiden looked out the window, looking at the colored sky through the trees. His vision kept making it appear like a bloody crimson red, then pinkish, then back to red. The sun would have a nice orange glow, or be a faint yellow. He was used to seeing the world two different ways, but it didn't quite matter anymore.

He continued to watch as the sun set, until he heard the call of somebodies voice saying hello. As if asking if anybody were home. His lifeless grey colored eyes looked back, and he got off his bed, and went to peak at who on earth was here, nobody Ever came here.

The house was a absolute total wreck. Shattered glass all over the place, dust gathering, a few holes in the roof. This place was an absolute dump. There was the occasional hole in the wall, stuff of various genres scattered on the floor. Books, clothes, glass, toys, everything. Yet not s single voice was heard, and not a single face was seen.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

Crystie was shocked by what she found inside. She was certain now that the place was abandoned. The place was a wreck! Glass littered the floor along with dirt and dust, parts of the ceiling were missing from cave-ins, the kitchen.. she had to turn away from it as her stomach clenched. The place was falling apart, and there was junk everywhere. Amongst the dust and dirt, on the floor she found remnants of what she assumed to be the previous owners things. Slowly, she bent over and picked up an old plush toy off the ground and lightly dusted it off. It resembled a bear, yet the eye was missing and stuffing was coming out of its front. Sadly, she looked around the place. All it really needed was a good fix-up, and this place would be pretty nice. She shuffled through the rest of the downstairs, and found a quaint, dirty living room. In the center she found a murky brown couch as dirty as the floor. Sighing, she dusted off a spot on the couch and took a seat. It felt good to sit after she had been walking around all day, her legs ached with fatigue. Well, I could make this work if only for the night. Town must be miles off by now, and who knows what creatures roam the woods at night... She thought. Tomorrow, she'd find someone out wandering in the woods to help her get home. Looking down at the doll, a small smile found her face. "I guess this could be fun, like a little trip...right?" She asked the doll, tracing the smile stitched across its face.

The boy slightly peeked around the corner, and watched her silently. Watching her every move. Being quiet as a mouse. He watched as she picked up his old teddy bear. One of the few things that previously had belonged to him. He looked down a little, thoughtful, before looking at her. His vision showing the world as a bloody room, with dead bodies everywhere. The other world. His eyes went back to her. "You shouldnt be here.." he said, it sounded like the voice of a boy, a young boy, a teenager. With those words said the boy turned and ran off. The sound of footsteps on the old floors.

She couldn't say he had not warned her to leave if anything happened. He gave her fair warning. His words meant she wasent welcomed here, and he wanted her gone as quick as she had came. To leave..

If she ever found him, she would see He was a pale, very pale boy with black hair, and lifeless grey colored eyes. He wore blue jeans and a sleeve blue and black colored jacket. He appeared merely the age of 13. So young..
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

When Crystie heard the voice, a cold shiver ran down her spine. Quickly, she turned to find the source of the voice, but like that he was gone. She heard his footsteps run up the stairs and then she was alone again.
A boy? What was he doing in a place like this? Was he a runaway or abandoned?
Crystie got up from the couch and peered up the staircase. Like the rest of the house, it was old. When he put her foot on the first step it creaked and groaned loudly. Her instincts were screaming at her to leave, to run away and not look back! Yet, her curiosity got the best of her. Maybe he needed help..!
"Hey, come back! Who are you?" She called after him, carefully creaking her way up the stairs. Pictures lined the walls on her way up, but they were too caked in dust for her to make out the people in them.
With the bear clutched in her hand, she reached the landing with a soft thump. From what she could see here, there were three bedrooms, and a hall that disappeared around the corner. She gathered up her bravery and entered the room on the far left.
Papers were scattered all over the room, all unrecognizable. Carefully, she stepped around them, trying to peer in the closet that was stacked full of
Boxes of papers. The window in front of her was like the rest, shattered. The walls that surrounded her were full of holes, as if someone had been beating on them. She swallowed the lump of fear in her throat. "Where are you?" She croaked. She didn't mean for it to become obvious, as she cleared her throat.

The boy went to a room. Hoping the girl would just leave, but sadly it didn't seem the world had the same plans as him for he heard her coming up the stairs. The eerie cresking of the stairs as she went up each step. It was a surprise the old steps didn't collapse and break through underneath one of them, though they probably would eventually. The boy made sure he locked the door to the room was in though the lock was okd and rusted and probably wouldn't work, which he would find out soon enough. He ignored each of her questions of who he was and where he was, like he was going to tell her any of that!? Hell no..

His voice was nowhere to be heard. Nowhere at all. He was nowhere to be seen. He was still here yes, but the only question remaining was which door was he hiding behind? This was like a game of pick the door. Pick the right door, claim your prize, though all the doors seemed to hold something different, some odder then others.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

After searching the closet and all corners of the room, It turned out to be empty. Where did he go? She left the room and proceeded to the next. Inside she found a bathroom. Filth covered the sink and the shower, and she didn't dare check what was under the toilet sink. Luckily the window in here was broke open, so it allowed the dust to move freely outside. Growing disappointed, she left the bathroom and tried the last door before the hallway turned. When she tried to open it though, the handle seemed stuck. Locked himself in eh? "Hey, come out of there. I just want to talk to you. I won't hurt you!" She said in a quiet voice through the door.

The boy heard as door opened as she checked room after room, and when she finally got to the room he was in, he heard her try to open the door, but it was locked from the inside. At first no response came from him, he was quiet, trying to make her think he wasent there when he really was. He wanted her gone, he wanted her to leave.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

She paused for a moment, waiting to hear anything from inside, but heard nothing. Shrugging, she stepped back from the door, and then rammed her shoulder into it. The old door groaned and the lock snapped as the door flew open. Dust filled the air as it did, blinding her for a moment. Stepping back she coughed and shielded her eyes with an open hand as she peered around the room. He had to be in here...

He heard the door get hit, and the lock flew across the room, barely missing a picture on the wall, and it just bounced off the wall, and landed on the floor. He watched as the dust in the room puffed out at the girl, it seemed he never really cleaned. Inside sat a boy on his bed, He was a pale, very pale boy with black hair, and lifeless grey colored eyes. He wore blue jeans and a sleeve blue and black colored jacket. He appeared merely the age of 13. He felt a small knife in his hand, a pocket knife, in case the girl tried to hurt him.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

Once the dust settled she finally got her first look at the boy. She looked as if he had never seen the sun since he was born, and his eyes. She had to look further before she realized his eyes were truly gray. They were unlike anything she's ever seen. This wasn't a time to be scared though, he seemed harmless so far. He cocked her head to one side and smiled at him. "I finally found you!" She let out a deep sigh. "My name is Crystie, what's your name?" She asked him, taking a small step towards him.

The boys eyes locked on her from where he sat, and his hold tightened in his small pocket knife. "Leave" he said, not introducing himself. Having no trust for her, or really for himself. He could accidentally place her in his little hell world, that he saw all the time, he highly doubted anybody but the mentally disturbed would want to see that place.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

"Hey! It'll be alright. I just wandered in here, didn't really expect to find anyone..but it's better ban being out there right?" Her smile still had not left her face. While this boy was giving her a bad vibe, she still felt like there was something more she wasn't seeing. "Have you always lived out here? Am I invading?" She asked. Looking around she saw a chair next to an old desk. After dusting it off she took a seat. Maybe if she relaxed he would too?

His eyes stayed locked on the girl. "N-not always" he said. He. Had found this place a few years ago, but it was obvious he never bothered to tidy up. The filth looked a little unhealthy to be around. It was a surprise he wasent sick. He didn't bother answering the stupid question of 'am I invading' because he figured that showed through him telling her she shouldnt be here and to leave. His gaze stayed locked on her, it seemed she wouldnt leave anytime soon.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

The poor boy, she knew he couldn't live in a place like this. For one, it was not suitable for someone his age! She could only imagine how cold it got at night… plus all the grime and dirt made this place almost inhabitable! Where did he sleep? What did he eat? “So where is your true home?” She asked him. She hoped he had been a runaway rather than an abandoned child.

"That's none of your concern" he said to her with a ominous glare. He was from the orphanage few towns away, but he wasent going back there. He was a trouble to those around him, and the ones around him were a trouble to him. Always reminding him behind his back that he was a weirdo or a freak of nature based off appearance, if only they knew the world from his point of view, then they'd know the full story. But they could never know, NOBODY could EVER know.
Crystie (played by Crystie78)

“Okay, okay, I was just asking! No need to get defensive. I’m just a curious girl.” She put her hands up defensively. She was obviously getting nowhere with this boy. He seemed shielded, and that took a certain amount of trust to even penetrate. “You know, you shouldn’t even be out here. It’s dangerous, especially for a little boy like you! But, I won’t press you about it just yet. I know I can’t understand.” She rose from her chair. “Still, I’m gonna hide out here tonight so I don’t get lost out in those woods. I’m going to go downstairs and clean up a little bit so this place isn’t so gloomy and I’ll leave you alone for awhile. Don’t be a stranger though, because I’m not going anywhere today. Might as well get used to it,” She told him. She set the bear on the seat before she turned and softly closed the door behind him. Sometimes, she just had to swallow her curiosity and leave people be, it was the hardest thing she had to learn to do. Sighing, she made her way down the steps and looked around for what she could use to clean up the place. Behind the fridge she found an old broom, missing at least half of the bristles along the bottom. Looking around though, it was all she had. She shrugged to herself and began to sweep up the glad and dirt that littered the floor.
