There was a beautiful mansion where her father would be staying in, should he choose to come and visit her, which she doubted, but she could always dream. Kassandra would be staying at the dormitories of her expensive boarding school. Her roommate would be here soon as well.
Perhaps one of the most awkward situations was the fact that her old childhood friend who had been crushing on her for years would be sharing a room with her new ex-boyfriend.
Of course, her ex's best friend would be around to keep a balance between the two, but it was still going to be awkward.
The red-head exhaled one of her famous sighs as she rolled her eyes and got her luggage in the car. She said good bye to John, and sat in her rather large room. She had some time to kill before she had to unpack, which she probably wouldn't do all at once, anyway. Lacrosse hadn't started yet, so she didn't have to worry about that just yet, either.
**** it. She was hitting the beach. Soon enough, the muscular girl was putting on a nice bikini that covered everything it needed to. She strode onto the beach and laid in her chair. She might go in the water later, probably after she took a nap. For now, she just watched the water as a way of relaxing, something she wasn't able to do unless she was as tired as she was now. Kassandra was infamous for how hyper she could get if she was under the right conditions.

"I'll do what I want, I was on a plane for like ten hours!" She complained, but still got up, lugging her massive bags of luggage with her. She was going to be in the USA for a while. Of course, she wouldn't be here alone. John, the blonde man who had been mentioned earlier, still had to go back and get the rest of her little social group, one at a time. Any other day and he would've been a surfer, but today he was a lifeguard, fiddling with his red whistle between two fingers as he sat over the guests of the beach. A lingering grin remained placid on his lips as his eyes, through his sunglasses, focused in on the group of teenagers. Same ones from yesterday, who dared one another to touch the bouy that read: NO SWIM ZONE BEYOND THIS POINT. He wasn't going to run in and drag them out by their ears. Not when it would be hypocritical. He used to do the same thing, still did the same thing! As long as they didn't swim past it.
"Aye, B!" a familiar voice called up to him and he zestfully tipped his sunglasses to peer down at Emilia, his long time friend. "Your shift is over, now get outta my seat!" She yelled with her fists dug into her hips, a wide ear-to-ear smile on her face.
B momentarily pouted as he was being 'dethroned' but he listened and climbed down from the post, hoisting his sunglasses up on his head. "Chill, 'Milia," he nudged her shoulder or he thought he did. Apparently it was harder then it should've been when Emilia tipped over and fell on a redheaded beach bunny. Bodie stiffened, his shoulders lifted as he cringed at the impact. The brawny man's face turned apologetic, his thick brows kneaded together. Emilia quickly got up before the redhead could say a word, glancing angrily back at B.
"Sorry about that," she laughed nervously, "B here-" she took his shoulder, pulling him forward and clandestinely smacked him hard in the abdomen. "Ow," he strained as Emilia carried on, "doesn't really know his own strength."

He ****ing hated planes. At least there was wifi on this one. The only entertainment he had was his old chilhood friend's snapchats, and those got boring very quickly. At least he'd be able to meet her, soon. She was probably already on the beach, judging by the snapchats.
Unlike Kassandra, he had flown alone. He knew his mentor would have to fly with Dmitri's best friend's friend. He wanted to punch his best friend in the face for not being able to make it. He lugged himself off the plane, dragging his suitcases with him. He stood out in the airport, at 6'6 and muscular. His Russian accent was just another addition to this, of course.
His icy-blue eyes managed to spot his limousine. He grumbled as they drove and he took a short nap. As he arrived, he put on his beach gear, but decided to stop at a restaurant on the way there. Kassandra could wait, he was starving and she'd ditched him so she could fly earlier than he could. How obnoxious.
He sat down at the table and scanned the room, probably looking for a girl to flirt with.

Crystie was so glad when her food had finally arrived. She had been starving after her twelve hour shift at the jail. She never had time to eat during it, plus she never really had an appetite around those people. The things they said were enough to make a grown man's stomach churn.
She brushed her long brown hair out of her face as she started for the food. If Cassie has not shown up to work late she wouldn't have been dining alone. She had made plans with Liz, but since she was late they had to cancel. No matter, she'd just head off to the beach and see if she could meet up with her a bit later. A smile wound up on her face when she imagined Liz in her blue and yellow one piece. She never knew why she didn't just wear a bikini like she did, she had the body for one. As another fry found its way in her mouth she gazed down at her bag, her mint green and blue bikini was just showing through the zipper. She was ready for some time off!

Ouch. She already hated Americans. However, she wouldn't complain as she usually would, seeing as she had been looking at the blonde-haired lifeguard the entire time she was here. He wouldn't notice, though, she was wearing sunglasses. After the girl got off of her, the glasses were removed to reveal a pair of bright, golden eyes.
"At least he didn't mean to do it." Her English was decently-spoken, but she did have quite the heavy accent. She was better at Russian. She looked back up to meet the guy's eyes, now. She doubted he would be attending the same school she would, but it was worth a shot to at least introduce herself to him, maybe make some new friends.
"I'm Kassandra Ambrosia, here to study at the University of International Relations." She shook the girl's hand as she stood up before looking up at the taller male and shaking his as well. "Who are you?"

Nick casually stepped off the plane and into the airport, his was his first time flying on a plane completely by himself and while it didn't necessarily intimidate him, he thought it would be a lot harder than it actually was. He followed the signs over to the baggage claim, eagerly watching the unfamiliar bags roll by waiting for his own. He couldn't believe he was actually here, his parents were extremely apprehensive about him going to school out of state, it was even a bit of a stretch for Nick himself, but the school was too good to pass up, and so, here he was. Once he had his luggage he hailed a cab and made his way to the campus, admiring the scenery on the way. It didn't take long to make it to his dorm, though it was kind of pain to wait in line at the reception desk for his key, nonetheless he made it without any problem.
He opened the door and examined the room, he made sure to get a single, living with a total stranger was out of the question. It was nice enough, kind of small, but he didn't really need much, just a bed to sleep on, a closet to put his clothes, and a desk to work on, every thing else he considered luxury. He plopped down on the bed, he was a little tired from the trip and took a moment to relax, that is until his phone rang. "Oh crap!" He knew exactly who it was, he had totally forgotten that he was supposed to call his mother as soon as he got to the airport, she was probably worried sick. He quickly whipped out his phone and answered. "Hello... sorry mom, I forgot... I said I was sorry... yeah, I found the place pretty easily actually, it's not bad... I actually just got here, haven't had a chance to unpack yet..." The conversation went on for a while, his parents were somewhat over protective of him, and he really wasn't one to actively make contact with people, friends and family alike, so he would probably hear from them a lot.
"... Alright mom... yes I'll call you to say good night... love you too, bye." He hung up and sighed, his fatigue not wavering. He walked over to his back pack and pulled out a 3DS, flipping it on and started playing, wanting a moment to himself. But of course, his phone rang again, it was his father this time. He gave out an exasperated sigh as he answered. "Hello dad."

((BTW, Dmitri will start to open up to her eventually, he's just very stuck on Kass ATM))
And who was this young lady? The male's eyes glanced over her clothed body quickly before looking away and chugging some disgusting American beer. He was going to get his hands on some vodka soon. He eyed her a little more before getting up. While he did like to look at girls, the one he'd liked since he was a boy was at the beach.
He did hope that the brunette would also be at the beach. She was wearing a bikini, after all. He decided to walk outside and rip his shirt off, looking for this new girl's attention. Dmitri was well-built. His muscles were large and he had a toned body. His height was also something many considered attractive. His eyes were always complimented, too. He made sure to make eye contact with the girl before he took his leave, now off to the beach.

She wanted to cry. The eighteen-year-old was the youngest one here. Amneris didn't even remember the room number that she had and she was very lost. She would feel awkward going back down to the desk now. She didn't have a roommate, either. At least she knew she was on the right floor. Now she would have to resort to knocking on doors.
John would kill her if he saw how stupid and careless she was being. She had tried to call Kassandra, knowing she was here already, but it appeared that she didn't pick up her phone just yet. Damn it. Her lips trembled, showing that the tears were coming soon.
Amneris bit her bottom lip and knocked on the nearest door. "C-can you help me?" She'd just seen the boy go in, so she knew there was someone there. He didn't look like he was from the area, either. In fact, she heard a few words that he exchanged with his mother, who seemed concerned as to where he had gone and if he was alright.

"Kay... love you too dad, bye." He hung up the phone once again, placing it to charge on his desk. He was about to continue playing when yet another interruption came in the form of a knocking on the door. "...Ok, what now?" He grumbled in annoyance, with a dash of apprehension as well, he hadn't even been there an hour yet and people were already breaking down his door, not a good sign in his book. He unlocked the door, preparing for the worst, but once it was open he was met with an unexpected surprise. It was just a girl, slightly younger than he was, probably a student as well. She had a vulnerable look on her face, her eyes beginning to water and her lip quivering, it wasn't an easy sight to behold. He took a moment to process her question.
"Uh... I can try." He awkwardly answered. He wasn't very good with meeting new people, let alone girls, after all when your interests mainly include anime and video games, you don't find yourself in the company of woman very often, never the less, he figured it wouldn't hurt to lend the poor girl a hand, that is... "What exactly is it that you need?"

Her eyes couldn't help but wander to a tall boy who got up in the restaurant. He had bright blonde hair and riveting blue eyes. God, he was tall! His head was only a few feet from he ceiling of the diner. Her eyes followed him as he left, and then his shirt was off. Muscular, tan...was he a model? Suddenly he turned and his eyes met hers. A shock rippled through her before she turned back to her food, warmth flowing across her face. After a moment when he color had left her face she turned back but, he had already gone. The beach perhaps? She took another look in her bad before paying for her meal and taking a trip to the bathroom to change. After wrestling into her swimsuit she briskly left the restaurant, careful to avoid the stares around her.
Outside, she was more comfortable. Everyone else had their bathing suits on and was heading to the beach to soak up the sun. She dug in her bag for her glasses, threw them on, and made a B line for the beach. Hopefully, this day would turn out eventful.

Her lips quivered some more. Amneris was very very lost. She dug in her pocket, only to realize that she had lost her key as well. Shit shit shit. She didn't want to call her brother. He was a very busy man in her home land. She couldn't disappoint him just yet. He'd allowed her to go on this trip because he felt she was responsible enough to do so.
"The people wh-who were supposed to be h-helping me aren't here yet. They w-won't answer their phones. I can't f-find my r-room number and I-I think I lost my key." Way to look good in front of the hot guy that lived on the same floor as you. She shakily held her hand out, her manners pushing through her nervousness. "A-Amneris Mandisa, from Egypt!" She stuttered some more.
Amneris was a naturally nervous person. Tears had filled her baby blue eyes as she looked up at the male, feeling completely embarrassed.

The blonde also seemed to be in a hurry to get to the beach. He knew that Kassandra already probably was making friends or flirting. He soon forgot about the bikini-clad girl that was at the restaurant and slowed his pace. He had to convert his money and all that, so he stopped by a bank quickly and did what he had to do.
Dmitri yawned. He wasn't a model, no, but he could have been. His father was high up in the government, which would explain why he had as much money as he did. He was looking forward to this break, maybe he'd meet some new people and figure out how to get over his crush and find a new girl. He continued walking at a slow pace so he could look at each girl that walked by.
No wonder he had no girlfriend yet.

''Yeah I got here fine. Where is the beach bar place at? I have a hour before my first shift. Ok thanks,I will talk to you later.'' he hanged up his cell phone as the taxi driver pulled up to an apartment building. ''This is it.'' the cab driver called out. Mich paid the man and went to room 06. His apartment was a block away from the school he would be going too. ''Man I gotta get to work.'' he thought while he put all his stuff down.
He finally found the bar he would be working at. It was called Blue Moon. The place wasn't just a bar it was also a juice stand. Kids and adult came here to get refreshing drinks for the summer day. The guy working began to tell Mich how to mix drinks. Mich replied with ''Don't worry, I know what I am doing.'' He than served customers who came and watch the surf while it was slow.

Vaguely, she looked around for the boy, but she was pretty sure she had lost him in the crowd. She found herself sighing. What were the odds of the striking up conversation anyhow? You see attractive people every day, it's not everyday attractive people talk to you. Shrugging her shoulders she pulled her phone out of her bag and began texting Liz.
When she finally arrived at the beach, the shade from the bar was calling her; a mai-tie was sounding better by the second. She took a seat on one of the barstools in from of the mister and told the scruffy bartender "i'll take a Mai-tai, a little less fruity of you don't mind." Then, her eyes scanned over the beach. There were hundreds of people out today and the beach was completely crowded. Hopefully she'd find somewhere she could lay out and sleep.

After serving a couple other customers Mich replied ''Here ya go'' within seconds. He than say her looking at the beach. He asked her ''Looking for a good spot or are you looking for someone?'' He than started to make a drink a customer wanted quickly but still kept and listening to the woman at the bar.
"Ahh, a bit of both I guess. Mostly I'd just like a good spot to relax at. Sooner or later some of these damn tourists will leave." Her hand found the Mai-tai and she took a sip. It was great! More kick to it than what she was used to, but that is what she was going for. "I haven't seen you here before, are you new?" She asked him, looking away from the beach to look him over. She wasn't an alcoholic or anything, but she had been to this bar more than a few times, and had never seen him.
''Is it that easy to tale? I just moved her for school. I heard there was a bar in this town so I got a job here. I always like being here for people and helping people. You would not believe some stories I have from being a bartender.'' he than thought to ask ''Where can I find a good surf shop at.''
"I can only imagine" she grimaced, still sipping on her drink. "I'm sure you hear a lot of bull too. Good thing you like listening cause I'm sure people would talk your ear off, given the chance" she smiled.
"Hmm, a surf shop. Well, around here Rikis is one of the more popular places. If you just head down Anderson, and take a left onto main, it's about halfway down the second block. There's a giant wave and a blue surfboard on the roof, you can't miss it," she told him. "You into surfing? I could never learn. I'm more of a knee-boarder myself," she laughed and turned back over to the beach.

''Yeah some people like to talk but it's part of the job. Thanks for the infromation about the shop I will head their after my shift.'' He than went back to serving other people around the bar. He than thought about a location for her to go. He returned and told her ''I think I saw a prime location for resting. By the pier I believe the was no one near. That is also where most the surfers. The one pier next to the life guard stand. He than went back to working giving out drinks.
She scanned around for where he pointed out, and saw he was right. "Hey, that's great! Thanks I think i'll head over there. Will you make me one of those to go? Preferably like 24 ounces or so," she told him, rummaging in her bag for her money.
