Mai let out a sigh as she left the meeting room, once again annoyed with the waste of money of traveling all the way out to Texas, America for something they could have mailed her about! She couldn't believe it either, she had to figure out a way to get a guy so willing to marry her and hopefully work on continuing the red eye devil legacy. "Why do they want this curse to continue?! They want to put another child through this pain? They are selfish." She thought with a sigh, she really didn't plan on carrying out this order, seeing as she was forbidden to lie to the guy so she had to be completely and utterly honest with the guy if she found one. At least they would stop sending jackasses to her house. She saw the vast woods near the building and smiled, sneaking behind the building, she shifted into her wolf form with a thick coat of black fur and her red eyes quite more piercing now. She ran through the woods, happy to be free for the time. She then found a river after an hour of running and drank some form it before shifting into her human form, glad for the peace and silence here. "Goodness, I love this peace." She said softly before sitting on the ground then letting her back hit the ground as she stretched her arms

A shadow passed over Mai, having come from a bird, most likely a falcon. It in a straight line, making various sqwaukign noises before it crashed into a tree and feel to the ground. It seemed to suddenly grow with feathrs falling out and took a humanoid form. "Dammit!" the "bird" shouted angrily.

Mai was quite shocked by the bird flying straight into a tree, most birds weren't so carefree to not notice the large hunk of wood coming towards them. She was not shocked to watch the 'bird' turn into a girl. She didn't seem to show much interest in the creature, her face had a bored look on it until she turned back to gaze into the stream before her.

"Why do I keep falling asleep mid-flight?"Jenny grumbled to herself while dusting herself off.

There was a cackling laughter coming from the tree line following the bird crashing to the ground, it came from the were-hyena known as Malice. A sadistic creature who fed off of the pain, sadness, and embarrassment of others. Malice always seemed to be lurking in these Texas woods looking to cause trouble.

"Why hello there, the name is Malice. Winston Malice, Its a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Malice was chuckling while he said this, to him everything was a big joke and whenever somebodies arm was broken it was the punch line.

Mai hadn't expected this forest to be so.....lively. She tried to pay no attention to the two that decided to make their appearances though neither she knew. She looked up at the sky, wondering when she should head back to her hotel, she doesn't have to leave for a couple more days, the meeting didn't last as long as it usually did and she didn't have to money to pay for a different plane ticket.

"Uh... hi..."Jenny said when the Werehyena had made itself known. She'd heard stories and rumors that there were different kinds of Lycanthropism, and that Werewolves were just more common than the other kinds.

Malice gave a big grin and swiftly ran up and began smelling the bird one "You smell like your nervous, hehehe! Am I making you nervous? Ha! I sure hope so!" Malice once again swiftly ran towards Mai and took a small sniff before stopping "Woah there girlie, ill back off... Hehe no need for some evil like that! Haha!"

Malice stopped and pondered an idea as he tapped his index claw against his fuzzy chin " Well things don't just happen by coincidence ladies, we stumbled upon each other for some reason or another hehe and I am quite interested in finding out what that might be."

"Stumbled upon each other?" Jenny repeated, only just noticing Mai. "Look buddy I was just practicing my flying. I fell asleep and glided over here. The wind could'v just as easily glided me over in some other direction until I hit something."Jenny said, beginning to turn into a bird again.

Malice chuckled "But it didn't did it? My point exactly, you see my dear things don't just happen for no reason." Malice gave an even wider grin "Things about destiny and fate my dear they all control our world."

"Uh-huh. Sure pal, what ever you say." Jenny said, having taken the form of a bird and preparing to fly off.

Mai sent a glare at the creature before her, not quite enjoying being called evil by someone who she hadn't even spoken to. "I'll have you know now that not every single witch you stumble upon is evil or have bad intentions. If you just got lucky that you didn't run into one more willing to strip you of your powers and reduce you to nothing more than a common flea." She said, finally losing her temper and speaking to them. "I quit believing in faith and destiny when they screwed my life up."

"Well you're pleasant...." Jenny said to herself before taking off.

Slowly making her way through the woods, she puffed wisps of fire, careful not to come in contact with the plants. The combat boots and long robe she wore concealed her identity. Even to the point of where you couldn't discern the gender. A spell she had cast upon herself so no being would be able to see past her cloaks. Unless wielding a strong magic of there own. Her ears twitched when she could here ruckus in the distance. Heightening her sight, she noticed an odd sight. A girl, a hyena, and a were-bird? All chatting to each other. Careful to not disturb their conversation. She conjured up dual scythes to protect herself. Favorited weaponry.

Jenny had flown off by now. She flew around trying to keep concentrated, before noticing Scarlett. "Should I tell them?" Jenny asked herself after seeing Scarlett's scythes. She let out a sigh before she turned around and flew back. She landed near Malice before returning to normal. "Hey uh I have no clue if either of you care but there's a person out further in the woods. They've got a set of scythes so, I just thought I should warn you guys"Jenny said.

"Scythes? HA! Were going farming!" Malice jumped for joy at the thought, he hugged Jenny tightly and whispered " leave me alone with that monster again and ill cook you rotisserie style, got it? Hehe he!" Malice then released his.grasp and licked his lips as his stomach rumbled. "Hehe just remember that girlie."

May let out a low growl, annoyed with this guy. She wasn't sure what he had said but she knew it probably had something to do with her. Men are all the same... She thought as she let put a sigh and started walking away form them, not wanting to be in a place where she wasn't welcomed even though they stumbled upon her and interrupted her only moment of peace this week. She went behind a large oak tree and changed into her wolf form. She sent one last glare at Malice before darting off.

Jenny dusted some dirt from Malice's fur off of her clothes."Giving me just tons of reasons to hang around..."She grumbled to herself.
