I'm looking for someone willing to do a Hunger Games roleplay with me in a future AU setting. I'll post the synopsis right here to give you an idea. The rest of the info is on my character page!
Panem changed after Katniss and the Second Rebellion. Some of the former poor districts have either changed their export and thrived while the former “rich” districts have either been mostly abandoned due to the demand of their former export not needed. A new and more democratic government has been set up, granting people new freedoms that they formerly didn’t have. The Hunger Games is now only known in history books, or so it seems. A new, secret, and underground group has formed. Bent on bloodlust and pure sociopathic sadism, this group every year kidnaps people (at least 20-30 people and from anyone as young as 12 and as old as 80) and takes them to a unknown island surrounded, of course, by a computerized and fully controllable dome. The family of the kidnapped is soon notified by either phone or some other communication device that their family member has been kidnapped. A few make it off the island and back home, if they are lucky enough to not be killed by animals or people. Most of them either die though.
