// Kiera is a werewolf who was bitten when her curiosity got the better of her and she found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. She's a lone wolf, and travels on her own the majority of the time.
Droplets of rain fell in rapid succession against the against the cracked concrete pathways, that led through yet another unfamiliar town. The moons rays masked by the thick cloud covering, making it nearly impossible to see the hand in front of your face, let alone the small pub a few blocks down, to any who didn't possess Kiera's keen eyesight.
Kiera's foot steps increased their pace, tugging the hood of her jacket tighter around her, as her hazel gaze sought out any temporary shelter from the strengthening storm. A resigned sigh passing through her lips, as it became apparent from the empty streets and the lack of lights, aside from the flickering lights of the bar, that the majority of the city was likely fast asleep in the late hours.
In only a matter of moments, Kiera's feet led her to the only building that seemed to hold any life in the area, with a shove of her hand she stepped through the doorway, the strong smell of tobacco and alcohol instantly hitting her, causing her nose to wrinkle as she forced herself to adjust. It been a while since she'd been in any real social setting, let alone one like this.
Ignoring the eyes she felt on her, that she was certain was due to her being a new comer, she pushed the hood back off of her face, her fingers running through her hair, ringing out the droplets of rain into the welcome mat below her feet. Brushing the remainder moisture off her fingertips onto her worn jeans, she stepped further into the establishment, settling herself into one of the empty bar stools.

Jade sat in the corner of the bar, her table empty.
Like any normal person ( sarcasm ) would be doing. Jade was munching in a packet of crisps. Yeah. This was a bar and the nearest supermarket was 3 miles away.
Tough luck for her...she wasn't going to walk through the rain, or stay outside in the rain.
So this was one of the only options for now. For now...
Jade paused, and looked up as a different scent entered the room. It seemed almost animal like, that was masked by a human scent.
The figures face was covered and made Jade get the feeling that they weren't human, at all.
She gritted her teeth and turned her attention back to her crisps. She mustn't get involved... She mustn't get involved... Ah screw this. NOPE.
She adjusted her cap slightly as she felt her ears flatten.
Another argument with herself...again.
' that's it ' she thought ' I'm Leaving '
Jade casually made her way to the door and walked outside, the rain beating against her face. She went and stood under a tree. Perfect idea... In the middle of a rainstorm... ' lightning kill me now ' she thought grinning. Jade leaned against the trunk of the tree and sighed.

Avalia searched the streets looking for a place to hide the inexorable rain.
Her hoodie was soaked long since.
She had always loved the rain. The drips was falling just like tiny chrystals, which could soak up the whole town if there would come to be be enough of it. In the distance, she could, if she listened with care, hear a thunder.
But she knew; she couldn't stay out here all night.
After a short walk she noticed a light. When she came closer she also noticed a blonde girl by the tree who of an unknown reason had made the decision to stand outside, in this weather.
Avalia walked up to her.
"Hello", she said,
"I'm Avalia. ..I'm just wondering, why are you outside in this sort of a weather?" She smiled a bit when she realized what she just did; she asked someone else something she could also ask herself.

Jade shrugged " heck if I know, apart from the fact that I'm not going in there " she gestured to the bar. " something not human in there... Not normal at all... " she mumbled, barely audible.
" anyway nice to meet you, I'm Jade. " she offered out a hand for the girl to shake.

Avalia hesitated, but she did shake Jade's hand.
While she did, she asked in a whisper, as quiet as Jade did, if Jade knew anything else about this inhuman being inside of the bar.

Jade looked up, she couldn't tell her.... Could she? But she had no other way... I mean this was going to sound great wasn't it ( sarcasm ) " oh I could smell that she wasn't human " .
Yeah. Perfect way to give away your cover...
she gave off an aura? And everyone was looking at her?
No... That wouldn't do..
" I could tell that she was different, " Jade said sadly " and I can't tell you anything else.."
Jade backed away into the darkness, when she was far away enough, there was a flash of dark as she transformed into a cat, Jade jumped over a wall and ran through the streets until she came to a small cardboard box.
She curled ip inside it and went to sleep.

Surprised, Avalia slipped a step backwards.
She looked around, but could not distinguish the girl anywhere.
Caught by the suprise, she did not realize what she did; she stepped into the bar.
Avalia winced, and stepped out with hurry. She took of quickly among the street, puffing heavily.
She did not know if the creature had seen her; she only knew that she must get home, fast.
