"I don't know what I want..." the boy said sadly.

"Well, here..." With a wave of my arms, I summon a bag of gold; a hundred coins lay in it, neatly stacked. "This'll buy you whatever you'd like, I'm sure, and more!"

The kid looked at the bag with a tilted head. He reached out s pale hand and pulled a gold coin out of the bag and looked at it, it was like real treasure. Better then what he found in nature. "And more.." he repeated quietly.

I nod. "Yup. However, I want you to spend it all wisely. No buying magic potions or spells from witches."

Unreliable hags...

"I thought witches were fake.." the little boy said. "That's what other kids told me...." he said softly.

"Good. Now, if you're okay out here, I suppose I'll be on my way. It's been a pleasure talking to you!" I examine the acorn intently. "I really appreciate this... Thanks."

(I don't know the customary way to end a scene. "^w^ What all do we do?)

"Your welcome" Astral said with a smile, "bye, um, Snicker!" He said taking a taking a second to remember his new friends name. "Maybe we'll mee again!" astral declared.

(They can part ways now for the day maybe, and just leave each other, and one way or another meet again. Rather its in the same spot, or in the town/city, or etc. *guessing*)

(Okay then. Well, it's been nice RPing with you, and maybe we can do this again sometime. )

Astral played alone with his new friend, and when day was starting to fade away into night Astral figured it was time to go back towards town, he didn't like being away from town in pure darkness. As he ran off for town bringing all his treasures, he wondered when he would see his small friend again. Maybe tomorrow! Or the next day, or the next....

The boy went to the place where he, stayed, and went to sleep, holding his little treasure gift close.

Soon the next day came as night faded into dawn, a new day was beginning.

(It's cool. )

I considered leaving for the next town, but couldn't bring myself to do so. The kid-- Astral-- was nice enough. Maybe staying for a while longer was a good idea. And with that, I took to the same tangle of roots I'd hid in earlier and waited until morning.

When morning came, and the sun began to rise into the sky and shine down Astral awoke when he felt the suns rays shine into his face. He opened his different colored eyes, and just lay there a moment to wake up completely. He looked down slightly to see he had his bag of coins. That wasnt a dream..that was real..

I woke up when sunshine starting showing through the roots... Only to discover the other residents that inhabited it. Two rabbits hid behind me in the corner, seemingly unbothered by my presence. One sniffed at me in curiosity of the new rodent. As fantastic as it was having see more of my kind (kind of), I wasn't too keen on sharing the room with them. Hopping out of the burrow, I look up at the trees overhead. The coast was clear.

The boy sat up, and rubbed his eyes. He looked up at the sky from where he now sat. Holding his bag of money close. He reached up with one hand and adjusted his hat before he stood up and looked around. Astral began to wander around time seeing some kids were still asleep, those who were awake right now were pure children who didnt bother him, though the older kids did.

I tugged out the acorn Astral gave me and began gnawing on it. It wasn't bread and cheese, but some animal side of me enjoyed it nonetheless. I briefly wandered where he was... Probably near the village again.

Satisfied, I put the rest of the acorn in a burrow I'd dug myself, away from the rabbits. Wouldn't want them stealing it... Then I trotted toward the village.

Astral wandered off out of town, and plopped down in the grass, and layed on his back. He wondered if he would ever see Snicker again as he looked up At the sky. Maybe he would, maybe he wouldn't.

I wander at the borders of the town and spot Astral laying back. I scurry over and poke at him.

"Hey, Astral. Nice to see ya!"

Snicker had managed to startle Astral when he poked him seeing he had not expected that at all. He had not expected anything, or rather anyone to touch him. Astral sat up, and looked over at his friend, "hi Snicker" he said to him.

I looked up at him, tail wagging once again. "So what did you want to do today?"
