I recently started baking my own bread. I buy 1kg packages of bread flour premixed with dry yeast where I only have to add warm water and some vegetable oil. I tend to bake loaves made from 300 grams flour, which is enough for 1-2 days of bread.
It's considerably cheaper and tastier than buying my own bread, and tastes much better too!
