Artemis quickly answered the door. If the Utah's eyes were quick, it could see her armor move as it slid into its normal position. Her hood was up today, as she was unable to have her hair fully cooperate, leaving some strands sticking up. The Utah could see that the interior of the hood had orange, blue, and black markings. He could also see the black devices that covered her ears.

"Hello!" She said as she opened the door.

"Greetings miss Artemis. My name is Baryxx. I'm the head of the Alien Relations department of the Saurosapien Government. I hope you have enjoyed your stay so far. If you will follow me we will head over to negotiate terms for Human-Saurosapien Trade, alliances, yada yada, what ever it is you're here for."Baryxx said, motioning for Artemis to follow him.

Artemis nodded, going into pace behind him. "Your people have been very kind so far. If the negotiations go as well as my stay so far, then we will both benefit from this." Artemis replied.

"Glad to hear you've enjoyed your stay so far."Baryxx said. "So, I have always had an interest in alien cultures. What is your world like?"Baryxx asked.

"Humans originally came from Earth. I never went there, I was born on Zephyr-7. There were giant metal plates under the surface, thousands or them. They never stopped moving, and shook the ground constantly. The planet was originally a mining colony, but it just kept growing in population. The metal plates made a constant deafening noise, so loud it caused species who lived their to adapt with a natural noise cancellation. It's why I have these devices over my ears, lets me hear easier, and gives me sound when it gets too quiet. Because we don't hear as much, we need more sound. In space, where it's a vacuum, we get hallucinations, headaches, because of the lack of sound." She said.

"Because of the reason humans went there in the first place, people's jobs normally revolved around keeping settlements warm, mining, or keeping satellite relays working. Very worked based. We spoke Latin, we ate tough meats that were hunted from Tundras, and we never had much rest. As for Earth, I can't say much. As I've said, I've never been there."

"Hmm. Zephyr seems like a rather intriguing planet. I may go there some day."Baryxx said. After a few minutes the pair arrived at the court house from the day before. It was made of concrete wood and metal, and was very very ornamental. Outside Valros was waiting. He approached the pair when he saw them. "Good morning Miss Artemis. I hope you had a good nights sleep."He said. "Now then, the others have already arrived, we shouldn't keep them waiting any longer."Valros said motioning for the two to follow him inside.

Artemis gave a brief nod to Valros, going into step behind him. "Our language was made Latin mainly to preserve it. From what I know about Earth, Latin was a dying language. Humans took culture very seriously, so they had us use it, hoping we could keep it alive." Artemis continued after a moment. "And we did."

"Odd. My kind only has two languages. What we call Comm Feathers makes up for one one of them and the other is made up by our squawks and squeals." Baryxx explained. After a few minutes the small group entered the meeting room. All of the saurosapiens in the room were of the Dromaea class. "I hope your stay has been comfortable miss Artemis."One of Suarosapiens said. The voice came from a red female Veloci. She wore a robe similar to Baryxx's. "High Councilor, it is a pleasure to be able to meet you."Valros said, bowing. Baryxx took note of the High Councilor's Comm Feathers. They were low to the neck, but not flat against it. "Parden the in formality, but Sorass, you can relax a bit you know. Humans don't bite, well, atleast not with out weapons. Even then Miss Artemis is here to try and make peace bewteen her group and our planet."Baryxx said sitting down on an odd chair. It was very ornamental, but very different than a humanoid chair. It was horizontal, looking slightly like a long bowl. Next to it was a regular chair. The High Councilor didn't respond to Baryxx. "Please, take a seat."She said towards Artemis.

Artemis took a seat, nodding. "It's a pleasure to meet you High Councilor Sorass." She said as she did so. She pulled her hood down after a moment, going over what she would say in her mind.

"So, if we are to accept your corporations offer, what is it that we get in return?"An older Microra asked. His robes ahd no sleeves, due to the size of his feathers, being much larger than the other Saurosapien's in the room.

"They should be currently having the meeting. Are you absolutely certain you wish to interupt?"The Baryo guard from the day before asekd the Hybrid that he escorted home. "Yes. I don't know where the human is stayig and even if I did I wouldn't be able to go there most likely. Besides, I wouldn't be a problem if I was gone. Neither would my parents." The Hybrid said approaching the door.

"You would get increased trade, and therefore, resources from the First Inter Spacial Trusted Corps, and their allies. This would potentially lead to economic boom for your planet. As well as, say, another planet decides to attack yours, you would have allies to help defend you." Artemis continued to explain various military, economic, and social benefits that could be gained.

Several of the Saurosapiens in the room seemed to be discomforted. Particularly by the thought of some mroe alien visitors. Several others seemed to be more relaxed about this idea. "By accepting these terms would we be required to change any aspects of society on our planet? Are we going to be opening ourselves open to any possible attacks?"Sorass asked.

Before the question could be answered the Baryo guard entered the room, with the Hybrid following. Most of the council members were very noticeably angered by the Hybrid's presence. "What is the reason for this... intrusion?"Sorass asked, clearly agitated by the Hybrids presence. "We came to ask our guest a question."The Baryo said, clealry not worried about any consequences that may be fall him. He motioned for the Hybrid to approach. "W-Would you mind if I left the planet with you and your crew?"She asked nervously.

Artemis glanced around the room, pausing before she answered. They didn't seem to appreciate this intrusion. "I... Believe that this is a matter that can be... Discussed after this meeting." She said, trying to balance everything out.

"Alright, well I'll just go wait outside."The hybrid said walking back out, with the guard following. "I am deeply sorry for the in-"."Why not just let her speak? She's a member of our species. Besides it's a real simple matter to deal with. Besides, for all we know having one of us out there might be more beneficial than some of you might think."Baryxx said, motioning for the Hybrid to remain in the room. "Baryxx, I understand that your view points on hybrids are considered different than ours, but that doesn't justify interrupting a conference better allowing us to get involved in the galactic community. I would feel the same way if a Pure blood had interrupted the conference to ask the same question."The High Councilor snapped, with her Comm Feathers flaring out. "Alright, well than let's just have her stay and listen so she doesn't have to hunt down our guest later. So long as she keeps quiet her presence would have no negative side effects."Baryxx said. "Fine. But just know this, any more interruptions will result in your expulsion from the meeting."The High Councilor begrudgingly said. Unlike the others she was less angry with the presence of a hybrid and more angry with the interruption.

"Moving on." Artemis said after a moment. "The traffic into your planet entirely rests on your decisions. Trade with other planets could be contained in small areas, or done out in orbit. Several planets have taken these approaches, and another would be no bother to other planets. Moving onto war related matters, unless a planet had already held a grudge against yours, there would be no chance of you being drawn into war conflicts." Artemis replied to the previous questions.

"Well, given the benefits to our kind, as well as the thankful lack of intrusion, I see no reason to say no to this proposal. Are we in agreement?"She asked. The others nodded. "Excellent, alert your supperiors that trade can begin when ever they wish."The High Councilor said. "Now then, onto your question."She added, looking over at the Hybrid. The hybrid seemed surprised she was being offered a chance to speak. "Uh... like I said I was wondering if you would allow me and my family to travel with you on your ship."The Hybrid asked, hoping the answer would be yes.

"Well..." Artemis thought about the request, eyeing the Hybrid. "What all involves your family?"

"Well it would just be me and my Parents. Even though he's a Hybrid he's a well respected soldier, even if he is a hybrid, he'd make a decent guard if you need one. My mother is a pure blood Dromaea so she's a really quick learner and she's really smart, so she could do alot things. I just recently came of age, so I don't have any real training for anything yet."The hybrid said, hoping that she and her family would be allowed onto the ship.

"And they are aware of this decision, correct?" Artemis asked. "If they are, then I see no reason for you and your family to not join my crew." She added.

"Y-Yes, they are. And thank you!"She said with relief in her voice. Baryxx would have smiled if the expression was used on Nabia
