Archer was sitting on the forest floor by the fire. He just finished eating. He was now bored, so he took some leaves and sticks, and chanting a random chant he was taught, started making designs.
Aimilios nodded at her. "Amaryllis, you're on fishing duty, make sure you meet up with Ean after you're finished." She dipped her head and headed away from the camp, after picking up a hand-woven basket. Ophelia waved at her as she left.
Amaryllis leapt into the trees, gracefully bounding branch to branch. She dropped down and swung herself onto the ground, landing on her feet and palm. Standing up, she brushed off the dirt that had accumulated on her airy green dress. Amaryllis bent down, her blond waves falling over her shoulder, and pulled out the makeshift net from the winding river.
Several fish flopped on it, startled by the abrupt change and absence of water. Amaryllis placed many of them that were already dead into her basket, and pushed the net back into the water. She stood up and prepared to leave when a flicker of fire caught her eye. Slinking around the large tree trunks, Amaryllis peeked at the stranger.

Archer sensed a presence nearby, momentarily stumbling in his chanting before quickly recovering. He pretended he didn't notice anything as he kept careful attention to his surroundings. He barely heard the faint sound of someone shifting their weight. He jumped up to a tree branch, so fast that the untrained eye would think he just disappeared. He pulled out his bow and held it at the ready.
She sensed a shift in the stranger's emotion to wariness, and noticed the person leapt to the branch, readying a bow to the looks of it. Amaryllis cursed in her native language and stepped out, her hands raised halfway. "Please don't shoot! I don't mean any harm." She exclaimed in human-tongue, hoping it was one of the right languages.
Archer moved deeper into the shadows. "You have good, quick eyes. Impressive." he said, lowering the bow but still keeping it ready. "Now, who are you and what are you doing here?" He studied the person that stepped out, trying to figure out if he could win in a fight if it came to it.
She placed Artemisia on the ground, along with her quiver, hoping that would help her previous statement. "My name is Amaryllis, and I'm here with my tribe to trade. I was sent on fishing duty." Amaryllis glanced at the stranger, clasping her hands together. "And who are you? Normally humans don't come this deep into the forest."
Archer put his bow away, nodding at her reason for being there. "My name is Archer." he said. "And by the way you said humans, I take it that you're not one. As for my reason for being out here, it's really simple. It's where I stopped to eat." He jumped down from the branch, but stayed in the shadows.
She nodded, and slung Artemisia back on. "Well, I've got to leave, Aimilios will be worried about me. Or most likely the fish." Amaryllis picked up her quiver and swung herself into the trees, landing on a branch gracefully and continuing on from there.
"If Fate decides it, I hope we see each other again." She said, her curiosity not quite satisfied, and waved, leaping away from Archer. Amaryllis dropped down and grabbed the basket of fish she left earlier and kept going on foot.
After a while she arrived at the camp, noticing Aimilios' smile as she put the basket down. "Looks like we'll have fish to trade when we're done with it." Zeta twirled around him and plopped down on a log, patting a spot beside her. "Ama, come tell me another story!" Amaryllis grinned and sat beside her, beginning a musical ballad about Paned. She pulled out her pan flute and played a few notes along to it.

Archer watched as Amarillo left, waiting until she was out of sight. He then walked over to his fire and put it out. After spreading the ashes, he continued on his way, wanting to go a little further before stopping again to sleep. After awhile, he jumped onto a tree branch and settled in. As he was drifting off to sleep, he heard the sound of a flute, causing him to instantly fall asleep from the peace it brought.
She stroked Zeta's silky black hair, and lifted her up, taking Zeta to her bed. Amaryllis tucked Zeta in and headed off to her room. She glanced up at the moon between the trees, still curiously pondering. Stepping inside, she changed into a night gown and curled up in her cotton covers, falling asleep quickly due to her own pan flute-playing.
In the night, Archer was woken up by a black bear climbing the tree he was on. He watched as the bear looked at him. "Hey there, fella." he said to the bear. It then climbed onto the other fork of the tree and settled in. "Well, good night." Archer said, settling back into his fork of the tree, falling back to sleep.
A nudge startled her from her sleep, making her groan and slowly get out of bed. "What is it now, Ophelia.." Amaryllis rubbed her eyes and tried to focus on her. Ophelia laughed, and replied, "You overslept a bit, everyone's ready for the morning-tune." Amaryllis's eyes widened and she jumped out of bed, quickly pulling on her elven dress and running out to the logs around the fire.
She pulled out her pan flute, a bit embarrassed at being late. Ean raised an eyebrow, but everyone else lifted their reed pipes and flutes, lyre for Ophelia, salpinx for Aimilios. Rich notes floated out of their instruments, and since it was Zeta's turn, her young voice rose high and pure, singing in their native language.
As soon as the last pure note melted into the woodland noises, the leimoniads shared greetings and left to forage and trade. Amaryllis brushed back her hair and headed towards her patch of dewberries. Zeta skipped over to her and tapped Amaryllis's shoulder. She turned in responcpse and smiled, dropping the last berries into her smaller foraging basket. "Can I please braid your hair, Amaryllis?" Zeta asked tentatively, a sheepish grin spreading across her face. Amaryllis sat down and allowed her to, only requesting to have flowers of her namesake woven in it.
Amaryllis twirled around, clearly pleased with Zeta's work. She gave her thirty drachmas and told her to buy whatever she wanted with it. Amaryllis left the camp and headed towards the river with a clay jug, getting water for a stew she was planning to make later at dinner. She checked Artemisia and made sure her quiver was full, just in case she ran into some bunnies..or worse, satyrs.

(GREEK MYTHOLOGY! YES! YOU ARE AWESOME! )
Archer woke when the bear got down from the tree. "Good morning to you too." He got down and headed to the river to catch himself some breakfast. When he got there, he sat on a large rock in the river, bow drawn and ready to shoot a fish.

(Reading has done me good
I may be slow in posting due to school.)
Amaryllis stepped over a log and heard a rustle near the river. She drew her bow, hoping it wasn't a satyr. Inching forward, she noticed that it was Archer, and she let out a breath of relief. Amaryllis walked over to the water and scooped the jug in it, putting the cork onto the top after filling it to the brim.

(Yep.
And that's fine. Just reply when you can. )
Archer heard a slight rustle coming from the trees, but he kept his attention on the water. He shot a fish before looking up to see what the noise was. He saw that it was Amaryllis. "Oh, hello there." he said as he pulled the fish out of the water. He jumped to the shore and started to make a fire.
