Vivian was more than willing to see his new house! She stared at it as they drove up the driveway. "...The outside is gorgeous as well, Jack. Just look at it. How in the world did you afford all this?" She chuckled softly. "Wow...it's amazing. I can't wait to see what it looks like inside."
"Me and Westley bought it together, we split it even." He slowed the car to a stop in front of the door. Westley hobbled out on crutches to greet them. "Hello Ms. Frances, who is this beaten up old man your traveling around with?" He grinnned. Jack merely shook his head.
Vivian smiled warmly as Westley came out. She got out of the car and carefully shook his hand. "Hello, Mr. Westley. How are you doing?" She chuckled softly and looked over at Jack. "A kind soul, Mr. Westley. A kind soul." She smiled, then turned back to Westley. "You look well, all things considered."
"I'm great! What about you?" Westley smiled. Jack walked up the steps waiting by the door.
Vivian smiled at him. "I'm doing wonderful, thank you." She followed Jack up the stairs and would let him lead her inside, excited to see how his home looked.
Jack first showed her the parlor , beautiful rugs were stretched across the floor, and there was mahogany chairs lined with red velvet. Long elegant drapes hung loosely around the windows. Small end tables were fitted with a set of teacups and small plates.
Vivian was amazed, the place was beautiful. "It's gorgeous, Jack." she said, smiling. She let him lead her around and she'd look at everything in the room. It was all so wonderful. She felt almost like royalty in a house like this. Her own house was neat and pretty, but small and not so elegant. She would let him lead her off to the next room.
"thank you." He said with a slight smile as he took her to the kitchen. The floor was a smoothed black stone, it had a cooking pit and small stove along with some cupboards along the walls. "Not much of a kitchen though eh?"
Vivian smiled and looked around. "A simple kitchen is good. It's only needed to make food, so it is more practical than fancy. I think it's just fine, Jack." She smiled at him and would run a hand along the wall for a moment before letting him take her away again to the next room.
He showed off the rest of the house, which took a decent amount of time to do its size. " And last of all the bathroom-" he opened the door and sighed "-Yeah, anyway...a bathroom is a bathroom. You get the idea." He smiled at her shutting the door.
Vivian walked around the house with him, making small comments on whatever stuck out to her the most in each room. When they reached the bathroom and he spoke, she giggled lightly and then smiled at him. "Yes, a bathroom is a bathroom. But the house is beautiful, Jack, it really is. I'm very happy for you."
She was glad to see that he could have a chance at a good couple years.

"Ah Westley helped pay for it, since he will be staying with me." Jack led her to the parlor and gestured for her to have a seat. "But it is quite nice I must admit." He looked around, putting his hand thoughtfully against his chin "Do you need anything, food, drink?"
Vivian listened to him and smiled, taking a seat as he led her to the parlor. "I understand. And yes, it is beautiful." When he asked if she needed something, she smiled. "Just water, please. Thank you, Jack." She would glance out the window, enjoying the view for a long moment while he went to get her some water. It was so nice to be with him, even if they were just walking around and talking.
He brought her back a cup of cold water and smiled giving it to her. "Here ya go." After she took the glass he would walk back to the seat a few feet away. He swallowed hard, reaching into his pocket and grabbing a white handkerchief. He coughed into it a few times before clearing his throat and pulling the blood soaked fabric away. His empty hand reached up to his chest and pressed against it as he inhaled. Jack would then fold the handkerchief and sit down. He cleared his throat once more "Pardon me." He smiled a fake smile to try to insure that he was alright.
Vivian took the cup and smiled. "Thank you." She sipped at the water, but frowned when he coughed out blood again. She sighed softly and would lift a finger, wiggling at it to summon him over to her. She would set her cup down, and once he had obliged her in coming closer, she would lift her hands to touch his cheeks, drawing his face gently close to hers.
Her nose touched against his, their lips barely apart. She was looking right into his eye. "Always be honest with me." she admonished gently, stroking his cheek for a moment and pressing a light kiss 'pon his lips before she would let him go and settle back in her seat.

He sighed "I just wish you didn't have to see me like this." Jack rubbed the back of his neck and then sat down, crossing a foot over onto his knee. He looked outside across the stone path to the stables "It will be fun to have those foals around here, i cant wait til they will be strong enough to ride... Especially Baiard."
Vivian smiled gently. "I don't mind. It does not change who you are, Jack." She watched him sit there and look out the window, and she chuckled as he mentioned the foals. "Indeed. I'm sure things will be very exciting when they are around."
He smiled "I'm going to put all my effort into making that horse the best he could ever be... It will be like he isn't even blind at all." He looked at her "It will take awhile of course, but im willing to do it."
Vivian smiled at him. "And I have no doubt that you can, Jack. I have no doubt that you can." She believed in him. Surely he could take that horse and help it live, and surely by doing that he could help himself as well.
Westley hobbled into the parlor "Has he bored yo yet Ms. Frances?" he grinned "This man has nothing interesting to say." Jack looked back to Westley "And you, which all that comes out of your mouth is teasings and ill conversation." Wes shook his head "As ill as yours my good friend."
