I am currently really in need of money so I am offering you the absolute cheapest art I can offer! I want to draw your characters (or you)!

I only except payment via paypal (You are responsible for the fee please and thank you)

What I need from you:

References!! (This is extremely preferred due to the fact I am not great at drawing from descriptions)
If you have no references, please give me a detailed description ^^

This seems really quick and the opposite of complex, but this is how I want it to be. If you are looking for a more complex drawing I will be happy to sit down and chat with you about pricing. This is simply for people who are short on cash and would like a decent picture for their characters (or want to help a poor artist out)
