Volther soared through the air in the form of a massive dragon. The form had absolutely massive wings, and an equally long tail. The scales on its face seemed form a skull. His wings flapped, making a loud thunderous noise as he approached a small town. He'd been staying in the town for quite a while now, having grown to like it and the mortals there. The women were pretty, the Orcs respected him, and he enjoyed telling tales to the children. He froze when the town came into view.

The dragon landed, looking towards the town. It had been devestated. Smoking cars, rubble, and fires lit the area. The surrounding wooden area seemed to suffer as well. The massive dragon shrunk into a young elf. "Sweet hell....."Volther muttered, walking through the smoldering ruins of the town. It wasn't long before he resumed the form of a dragon and bolted off to the heavens, once he found 'Those of the Future'. Terrible beings who were little more than mindless drones.

Once he reached the heavens the shape-shifter took his natural form. A massive vibrant green dragon with yellow and orange markings. Despite his size Volther was a fairly thin dragon. He walked forward, passing several other gods, trying to find Ottahrr, the God of Futures to come, or in other words, Change.

" Volther hay Volther " called a seductively sweet voice from behind him. " Voltherrr would you wait up already" the voice whined comming closer. Turning around he was greeted by slender pale arms wrapping themselves around his neck, and a pair of deliciously soft lips kissing kis cheeks. " I've missed you so much " the voice cooed as it removed its arms from around his neck. Jane the patron of elegance and debautury, with her long flowing Golden hair imposibly blue eyes and petite figure, she was said, mainly by her ,to be the embodiment of beauty itself. " so what are you doing here"

Aurora sat in the heavens green house. She sat there and watched as the sun helped feed the plants. She enjoyed how it was. How the sun was the teacher to the plant, to teach such a delicate thing to make its own food. Her gorgeous blue eyes were probably not quite as beautiful as Janes, however, they were pretty.mshe was a small framed woman with a strong heart. She was gentle when it came to any living creature, despite not being a goddes of animals. She was a goddess of light. She helped people with control infirm and helped them know how to make lamps. She was the goddess of light. Not the strongest of the gods or goddesses but she was brave.

She stood hearing the commotion outside and stood. Her long white and gold dress was hemmed with blue pins and purple salaries. A small light shown from her breast as she walked outside of the greenhouse. She looked around and sighed relaxing seeing only who belonged there. Then her eyes caught site of the shape shifter and Jane. She didn't say nor do anything. Not out of snobbish tendencies, more of respect.

Darius sat in his temple of sand. Two soldiers sat in each side, creatures pieced together burnt sand with a red core shoved uncomfortably in their chests. Darius' ears perked as what sand he had scattered in the outside area picked up sound. Something was amiss.

Kariah was in her own personal forest that could only be found by the gods. This forest was a lush paradise where extinct plants and animals lived. This forest was sanctuary for those that had been lost in the passage of time. These species could never leave the forest so they would never again be seen in the mortal world. While many of these species had died out for natural reasons, there were still plenty of species that had been driven to extinction by mortals in their own greed. It was of course possible to restore these lost species, but the goddess didn't do so as a lesson to the mortals.

The goddess was sitting in her favorite glade of her forest, but she felt uneasy. She could feel great uneasy. The cycle of birth, death and rebirth was disturbed. Yet while it was normally an easy matter to figure out what was causing the disturbance, this time she was unable to discern what the problem was.

Deciding that it would be best to consult the other gods on this matter, she vanished from her forest and appearing in the middle of the commotion. "What is going on?"

Archer was sitting in a forest by the fire he made. He had just finished eating breakfast and was now making designs with sticks as he chanted a random chant. After awhile, he noticed that there was something off with the balance. Putting out the fire, he walked into a tree, reappearing from a tree in a city. He looked around for what could be causing the disturbance. Noting a few tiny changes, he walked back into the tree and reappeared from a cave in a mountain. He repeated this process over and over, noting all the changes.

Volther looked down at Jane. "For once I'm actually here on business."The dragon replied. "Where's Ottahrr at?"He asked. Ottahrr was one of the first of the Pantheon to pop into his head. Since this universal Cycle had started, Ottahrr had taken on a very aggressive and militant personality, and was easily high up on his list of suspects. Others were Qivar, referred to as Ares and Mars, his Greek and Roman names, Portea, the Goddess of destruction, and several other violent gods.

Ottahrr had just returned to the heavens, having been on Earth for a good while. He triumphantly strode to Darius's temple, eager to ask the Sand Deity's assistance for his plans. He entered the temple, with his heavy foot falls echoing through it. "Darius! I request a audience with you!"He shouted.

" I'm hurt you didn't come to see me " Jane pouted. She knew why volther was here she'd know from the moment she sensed him. Being the physical manifestation of debauchery gifted her with an intimate psycotic connection with those minds lost in endless desire and indulgence. None embodied these traits more than OttAhrr, she' d known what he had done and where it would lead, but all she could do was smile elegantly and indulge in life.

Aurora watched them from a safe distance. She listened and wanted to hear everything that went down. She could feel the change in the world. She wasn't sure if she liked it or didn't like it. All she knew was that future problems would envelope the world in an embrace that wouldn't be easily broken by a silver bullet.

Her long whitish blond hair was filled with light and it made this girl seem much more happier then humanely possible. Truth was, she was a very nice and happy girl.mstrong and such but not so easily won. She knew this may cause problems.

Darius stood from his throne. The heads of many sand men turned to face Ottahrr. "You seek me, and here I am, old ally." It was no secret that Darius held things in common with Ottahrr. Darius himself was a vicious and cruel god at times, and just like sand, things shifted. Things changed. "What do you need?"

Kariah noticed that her question had gone unanswered, but she was a patient goddess. Besides it looked like the other gods were preoccupied at the moment. So she would wait for a break in the conversation before asking again.

So with that in mind, she moved out of the way of the rest of the assorted gods. The goddess then sat down and started to groom herself. A goddess she may be, but she was still a feline which naturally meant that she liked to keep herself nice and tidy. She would stop in an instant if a suitable pause appeared in order to join the conversation. In the mean time, she would take care of herself and listen in.

Archer finished noting the changes in the world, returning to the forest he was in. He sat down and made another fire as he pondered on what had changed. "There are very tiny changes... but even a tiny change can cause major differences in the end..." he said to himself as he started making designs with sticks again.

"This universe we have created is growing dry and stale. It is in desperate need of renewal. I have come to ask for your assistance. I imagine the god of sand, a substance that represents change nearly as much as I, would want a hand in the shaping of a new universe. Will you join me?"Ottahrr asked Darius.

"Well, sorry. I sense something bad is going to happen soon. Not sure exactly what though. I need to know where Ottahrr is. Have you seen him anywhere around here?"Volther asked Jane, hoping she'd answer him.

" so you've noticed too " she sighed Slowly turning away from him with a deep frown on her face " listen why don't you just forget about old Moldy but and come hang out with me we haven't seen each other in so so long" she pleaded knowing better than anyone that wouldn't work

Darius was silent for a moment. Then he slowly stood up. "Old and stale." He repeated, walking closer. "I forged an Empire for my worshippers, and it still stands today. I have molded them into what I want. Sand may shift." Darius said, stopping just feet from him. "It's still sand."

Aurora sighed and looked at Kariah and sighed. She walked over to the cat like goddess and was near silent."I believe the world is...shifting...I feel changes. Some...not very pleasant. I do believe that Volther , a mighty God, is searching for Ohtsr so that he may put an end...........however I don't like the sound of this....change...I can see it becoming another war of change. Those never end pretty." She said and looked at the God sighing. She knew she wasn't as powerless as the others may think, maybe not as much as mortals may think. She was somewhere in the middle, however, she is strong. Perhaps not strong enough to help decrease the chance of war. She would choose neither side, she had told herself.

Kariah watched as Aurora approached her and so stopped her grooming. She listened slightly as the goddess of light spoke and watched her with unblinking eyes. Once the goddess had finished, Kariah returned to her feet which showed just how large of a feline she was. The goddess of Birth and rejuvenation was five feet tall at the shoulder and weighed about three hundred forty pounds. Yet despite her size, she was an extremely gentle goddess who often spend her free time playing with small woodland animals.

"I am aware that something is wrong with the world, the chain of birth, death and rebirth is disturbed and no longer clear to me. Everything is muddled and murky as if the very cycle of life itself isn't sure that it will continue. This makes me very uneasy. I am however glad that Volther is looking for Ohtsr."

(Btw Kariah is built sort of like a really big leopard for those curious.)

Night was drawing near. "General Joe, I would like to speak to you." he said, seemingly to nobody. But then a dark, shadowy figure appeared. "General Joe, I would like you to station your men around the world and have them keep constant track of any and all changes to the world they see. I need to sleep." General Joe disappeared, and Archer climbed a tree and went to sleep on a branch.

Ottahrr nodded. "I understand that as a no."He said. "I understand your decline fully."He said before Darius could respond. "I wish you and your Empire a prosperous future old friend."Ottahrr said before turning to leave.

Volther looked at Jane with an unamused look. He liked the Goddess more than most, particularly when he wanted to have fun in the mortal realm, but this was not a time for debauchery. He glanced over hearing a slight bit of Aurora's and Kariah's conversation. "D oeither of you two know where Ottahrr has gone?"He asked them.

" no" she said her voice starting to crack " please please stay with me you can just forget about ottahrr forget about everything and stay with me I'll give you anything you desire" she pleaded, as her eyes shown with unshead tears and her hands trembled In fear for what is too come.
