It sighs, "Find balance. Foots go to where you stable and flexible. Not too strong of stance. Not to flexible." It puts one foot behind and moves the other foot to the side, turning sideways mostly.

I watched Val silently, then copied the stance. Hnn.. This might actually be helping..! "like this..?"

It nods. "Must be able to... move. Lean, any way without err. And be sturdy. Hold up dagger." This not human might learn, but it will need practice.

I nodded, and held up the dagger, it's tip slightly pointing down. "okay... Must be sturdy.. But flexible.."I looked at Val. I wonder why it's helping me..?

It watches and shakes its head. "Use both hands. One hand holds weapon. Other defends. Defend arm foreward." It holds up both hands, the one without a weapon infront and slanted at chest level, the other at thigh level, the stake pointint down and away from her.

I blinked and put my other hand near the hilt, higher up. Then I tilted the dagger alittle, so that the point was away from it. a smile slowly came to my face. this was oddly fun.

It nodded. "Attack this one."

She was still fast asleep, though her breaths were still hard. Her foot would twitch occasionly, while smoke blows softly from her nose. Claws were still dull, some broken.

(and, I want to explain why so many of my words are changed or misspelt. I have. Auto word, and it changes words for me, which I find very annoying -_-)

It lifts its weapon arm above the swipe, the dagger blade going under tit's mark. "Again." She might be able to learn. Seems to have some natural skill. This one must see the extent.

Blinking, i took the moment i had to hit Val with the butt of the dagger in it's torso, daring not to actually hurt it. Then i backed up alittle and slashed at Vallahd's arm again.

It felt the hit of the butt, and smiled, stepping out of the way of the slash. Not a waste of time. Not useless. The not human could learn and grow. Own equipment, she will need. "Done. Stop."
