Upon hearing the thwack, I jump slightly, then rush over to Vallahd. ''Please be ok..''

"UWAH..!" I jumped afew feet as Vallahd collapsed at my feet. "oh my goodness..! Vallahd, are you okay?? What happened??" I kneeled beside it, holding up Val's head. Where exactly had it gone..?

It groans and sits up, "Found flower. Found plant. Big forest. That way." It points towards the trees, which get thicker quickly. It looks at Karishi, "Needed fast here. Tree and boulder help." It shakes its head, dizzy.

Dark limps over to Vallahd, and looks at him. ''Thats the forest I usually fly over..''

"I'm glad youre okay..." I took the flower. "will it work for two people...?" I glanced worriedly at Reggie and Dark. "forest? Thats wonderful! That might mean there's life in his desert!"

It holds out a rough bag of herbs and flowers to Karishi. "Medic gift. You have." It looked at the others, gaze stopping at Darkness Light Falls. "You."

''You?''

i took the bag, starting a fire for the same routine. Hopefully this will work.

It stood up and looks around, "Why no fight? Friend now?" It looks at Darkness. "Be you amigo? Or anigo?" It looks at Karishi. "White flowers. Red flowers. Green flowers. Yellow flowers. Blue flowers. Dwarfs beard. Other medicens. Make last." It had spents awhile finding and picking them all, then a catipulting flight, thanks to a rather large boulder, getting here.

''I am a friend. I was just really..Hungry for blood..''

He runs to Vallahd and embraces him with a big hug " My friend! im so glad you are alright! its great to have you back with us."

"okay!" I smiled as it listed the flowers. "could you show me what each of these do..?"

It gets hugged and gacks, squirming. "Breath! Breath! Me no breathing!" It wasn't used to being hugged by bears, expecially bear-bird-look-likes.

He snorts, then darts around the group as a blur of shadows, befire sitting down beside Karishi, visible again.

I giggled at the two as they hugged. So that's what a "bear hug" was like! I blinked, looking over at Dark. "hello! (^^) these herbs should help all of us feel better in no time!" I dropped two white flowers into the pot, the area filling with their sweet scent.

It squirmed and finally sank through the Bear-bird-look-like's arms through the shadow, landing near Karishi. It breathed deeply for a few minutes, then said, "This one doesn't know what the others do. Only Dwarfs Beard and White Flower." Those were the only two herbs this one has ever needed.

''So you can use shadow too?'' Dark asked Val, and ear raised slightly.

It nods and looks at Darkness. "This one born with shadow. This one find comfort within shadow. Shadow with this one always." It was born with the natural abuility to menipulate and controll shadows, and had developed a few tricks with it.

''I was born in the shadow realm. I don't control anything of shadow, but I can be a blur of shadows if I run too fast.''

It nods, "Nice meet Blur!" It looked at Karishi, "Dwarf Beard seal wound alone. No stitch need." This one should share what it knew about herbs. "White flower stronger ground then watered. Stem and all. Better that wise."
