She smiles slightly, but looked a bit confused. ''I don't think I deserve this much. I am just an elder dragoness wondering these lands, traveling to return home.'' She replied, brushing the hair from her fire colored eyes, the claws on these hands well worn. ''I must have took a wrong turn..''

I sat up, looking at the dragoness.

"Excuse me asking but....could you possibly....have a daughter...?"

She laughs silently, smiling. ''A fire hatchling born from the land where fire scorches the earth and those that do live tend to be very grumpy. Aside from me, of course.'' She replied. She may have been missing a few teeth now, but this who knows how old fire elder was a rather cheerful being.

The dog sprints out of the cave and jumps on Karishi licking her face, then turns to the elder dragoness and sits in front of her panting looking right up at her face.

I giggled as the dog licked my cheek. Petting him, i got serious again. Fire dragon....

"have you been looking for her...?"

Kyra must be in the cave still...

''I told her to fly form home quickly...She's only around 16yrs of age as of yet. Still too young to fly. I saw her earlier, but she just ran past me..'' As she looked at the dog.

So its true!

"and her name is Kyraniu..?"

I stood up, only reaching about to the dragon's forarm.

She nods, hair rustling slightly. Dried blood caked from her right eye to her shoulders, a deep gash frm something. ''Meaning the electrical hazard of flame.''

I caught my breath. It was her. I have to find Kyra..!

"excuse me a moment, miss..."

I patted dark on the head before hurrying into the cave.

"Kyra?"

She hears Karishi, and looks back at her from deep in the cave. ''Karrriishhiii?'' She shouted back, echoing.

I caught the echo and followed it, turning into a deeper part of the cave.

"i..i really think she's your mother..!"

But what she saw upon reaching where Kyraniu was a blackened dragon with glowing yellow eyes. ''You do?'' Kyraniu replied. She saw herself as normal..But to others, they saw something else.

I stopped dead, eyes widening.

"w-wha....Kyra..your-your black...."

Kyraniu looks at her feet. ''No, I'm orange.'' She replied, looking back up. ''Hehehe....You really think Kyraniu can see me?'' The black dragon cackled.

The dog runs into the cave and up to the black dragon, He stops four feet away from it and sniffs the air and begins to growl. This dog has a deep and booming voice this growl was intimidating to any man... But a dragon? Who knows... He barks and and they are echoed by the cave walls. a group of bats fly out of the cave awakened by the dogs bark. he bares his teeth and snaps at the dragon sensing it as a threat, He continues the barking hoping that the dragons hearing was more sensitive than his own. His bark wouldn't hurt his own ears that badly but he didn't know that.

It wakes up from having fallen asleep beside the cave entrance and looks around. It sees a new dragon and stands up, walking towards it. "This one bring greeting." It gives a small bow, keeping an eye on the dog.

The black dragon growls coldly at the dog, chills scattering. Kyraniu gulps, hearing the growl, while Nira looks towards the cave, worried.

His plans back fired as the dragon stood its ground and snarled right back at him he whined a little bit and backed up behind Karishi, then begins barking again behind the safety of these kind person and the cat.

It looks at the caves. What goes on in there? It walks to them and enters, hunting down the source of the noise.

The black dragon roars, and shoots a blackened flame forwards. ''What is it? I don't see anything different about myself..'' Kyraniu inquired.
