[going to bed. night]
She moves her arms a bit, looking ahead. Her sister was still far behind, screeching occasionly.

It heard and wondered. A knife like that did little against a good attacker. It reached into their cloak and pulled out a sheathed dagger. One of two, and unique. Should this one give it away? How could it give a family tie to another? It looked at the wooden designs in the small fire light.
(gniiight!!) I looked at Kyra as she slid into sleep again, and I sighed. Poor dragon. Such an amazing creature, yet so vunurable when wounded. I lay my head in my hands and watched the fire, my mind wandering.
It decided. This one will help further. It holds out the dagger to Kanishi, a foot and a half long. "Take it." {night to both of you, I'm going to bed too}
(alright! So long friends!^^) "eh..?" I looked at the dagger, taking it carefully, as if holding precious china. "wow...!" I'd never held something so pretty,yet have been given one! I unsheathed the dagger and gazed at the knife itself as it glimmered in the flame. "I... I don't know what to say..!" I smiled at the figure. "thank you..!" (^^)
It watched as the black blade was unsheathed, silver flowers desidned along the blade. It looked at her, "Belonged to this one family. Precouse and strong. Do not break." {I might stick around a bit longer. Have work to do}
(Kay!) I nodded as the person told me. I would try my hardest not to break this dagger. I sleathed the dagger, and latched it to my belt. Then I looked back up at the figure. "whats your name? I never got it before."
It watches the not human as she strapped the dagger to her belt. "Never said." It watches the fire for a bit. "This one's name is Vallahd."
"Vallahd...." I smiled. "what a wonderful name!" I looked at the fire again, glad to know a tiny bit more About our new friend.
It sat in silence with Kashini for a few minutes, before curiosity took the upper hand. "You know pain. Well perhaps. Why?"
When Vallahd asked this, I stay silent for A moment. "up until three days ago, I was a slave. I've been a slave for 18 years, actually. so... I guess I got used to pain.."
It nodded. It has seen many slaves, and the slavers that held them. It avioded them the best it could. It looked at the fire again, keeping the memories of its own life at bay. "You are free now. Protected. This one will help. This one...." It growled. "Not used to this toung."
Karishi smiled, touched. "thank you..!" No one had ever said that to me. That I was... Free. I hadnt even embraced the thought. I was free... Huh.... These thoughts only widened my smile.
It watched her reaction, gaging its affect. Was this not human prepared for the actual world? It was difficult to tell. But she knows healing arts, and might be good with a knife. It smiles at her, "Stand. Take out tha dagger. This one wants to see."
"eh..?" I stood, and unsheathed the dagger, holding it out infront of me. "why so, Vallahd..?" I hadent fought with a big weapon before, but old master had taught me the basics long ago.
It stands up and takes out a wood tent stake, holding it downward in its hand. "This one wants to know. Do you fight?"
"aheh...not very well... But I'll try!" I spread my feet evenly and leaned back a bit, undeniably Still on my tiptoes. I braced the dagger in my left hand, and looked at Val. "please go easy on me..!"
It watched her stance. It would be good in a street fight. Maybe. It stands up, "What stance that?"
I shrugged. "I always walk on my tiptoes..but back where I come from this was a basic stance."
It nods, "Basic. Street fight. Drunk fight. No solid footing." At this, it gives her a little push bakcwards.
