Seeing as how I failed at maintaining an IC forum roleplaying group, another idea came to mind that could bring like-minded people together but without the pressure of trying to sustain constant character interaction. Namely, an OOC group!

Applications are via the player (if your interest is general) or via character (if you have a character that is specific to a time period).
