what is cynosure?

The cynosure is a system of planets that have been rigged up to all be connected, forming one celestial body, that serves as the centre for this union

the glascoor, the dominant race, have been creditted with connecting the planets and no one really disputes it, but no one is actually entirely sure whose technology was originally able to negate each planet's gravitational pull and keep them all separate and connected at once.

I'm gonna say no on that...i argued with my girlfriend over it, and she says that it makes things easier, but I don't think I really want it to be that easy for them

nah me either, teleporter in this kidna thing are a bit far fetched

and nothing like a good old fashion physical grappler

but i figure maybe the most developed race might have some energy manipulating technology

She's a huge trekkie, and i feel like everything in trek was made to make it super easy for everyone xD i don't want to be that nice to my characters.
