So with the FR craze hopefully still around, I'd like a little help! I'm searching for a specific dragon, but I fear my topic will get lost in the business of that site's forums!
Does anyone know anyone who can breed up a Light Imperial male in a very specific set of colors? The Auction House is yielding interesting and sort of close results, but nothing quite spot on--and I REALLY want that pale yellow eye color!

Breeding these two can get you this baby:
It has iri and shimmer as genes, but the right colors by the looks of it. I've had good experiences with PMing people asking to keep a dragon on hold if you can't afford it yet.
As for eye color, just poke around a little on the forums for people who are loaning out their nests or you can switch up your flight to Light if you want to. Does this help?

And I have seen something about folks offering nests for breeding purposes! I'm not sure if I want to go to the Light Flight yet (I've only been a member since Oct 13), but that IS the other Flight I wanted to go try!

200 gems actually! But yes. You can PM them, telling them you're just getting started on the site and are trying to get the cash together. They may take treasure instead of gems. 200 gems roughly translates into 80K treasure (1 gem = 400 treasure ratio currently, give or take). If they accept 80K but you're running short let me know, I'll be able to chip in as I have 70+K.
Edit: Also keep in mind these guys may have to get bred a lot to get the right color combo, since their range is on the average side and they can produce a lot of different color combinations. You may be able to take one of their babies with close colors and then breed with another similar in color dragon from the AH to get the final baby's color combo.

Now I just have to find a Light nest willing to help me breed, or change flights! Fortunately they'll both take just under a month to be ready to breed, so I have plenty of time to contemplate the options!

I know a few people with Light Nests, I can give them a poke and ask.
That would be lovely, thank you! I also have at least one friend with a Light nest too, so I may ask them when the cool down is over if I can borrow their nest for breeding purposes!
And of course, there's my own Arcane nest if anyone needs it! My guys are all on cooldowns (some for a month, some for a few days, and I don't plan to breed those 'few days' ones soon), so my two nest slots are open!

So here's a very interesting update!
First off is that I decided by the end of the month I'm moving over to the Light Flight for my eye color, because I have made up my mind that this project is too big (and would be too costly) to put into the hands of a nest renter! :C So firstly I apologize if someone happened to be contacting a friend in the Light Flight on my behalf, sine my choice to move lights has kind of thrown that out the window!
Secondly, Sanne, I want to apologize to you having to go through the effort of finding me my initial pairing, because I found... this jade Imperial male today for 7500 and discovered that he will give me better odds for crimson & white/maize than the emerald male would. :C I am keeping the lady you suggested, however! Together they give me 50% of emerald primary, 25% chance of crimson, and ~14% chance of white or maize (if I did my math right). I'd say those odds are pretty good!
Now I just have to figure out what to do with the first 'father' I was going to use. Could sell him back, could exalt him, but I know some folks are iffy about their dragons being bought solely for exaltation, because they want those beauties to breed up! Hmm, decisions decisions! Is this what it's like to breed IRL? This is a lot of work!

It's quite alright!! It happens, only took a couple of minutes. If you found something better then by all means! I hope it works out for you - keep us posted?
