Hi guys! Well I just wanted to suggest that a nifty phone app sooner or later would be handy! If we already have one....then sorry I am a moronic idiot. Thanks!

It's been suggested a bunch of times before, but there are no resources to develop apps for all popular platforms + maintain them unfortunately!

This is a popular suggestion (as Sanne helpfully pointed out, complete with links!), but the answer has to be no.

I'm the only programmer the RPR has ever had since the beginning, and I do it out of for my site, not because I make any money off it. I mostly have to work on it in the evenings and weekends after I get done with the day job that lets me make enough money to live indoors. Creating 2-3 ENTIRELY different versions of the site in addition to the main site, that all have to be maintained separately and constantly, would basically cripple site development. We might have apps, but we'd not have new features or updates otherwise.

That said, I am planning an aggressive push to make the main site itself vastly more mobile friendly in 2015. At that point, the only thing that you'll be missing to make it pretty app-like would be an icon, which turns out to be super easy to do!
