"Moon" is an alien prince. He looks human and speaks English. However he was raised in near isolation aside from his tutors so knows very little about society or social norms. Because of how he was raised he doesn't even know much about his own people. He doesn't know simple things like what rain is or what genders/sexes are.
He is a child so anything romance wise would be childish crushes and normal friendships.
Being exiled more or less Moon is in need of a new home and new guardians.
