To promote the fantastic new update for groups, RPR is running a contest with some great prizes! All you have to do to enter is write a Haiku about groups or roleplaying! And post it on this thread If you're unsure what a haiku is, look no further!

Traditionally it's a Japanese form of poetry containing seventeen syllables, in three lines of five, seven, and five. They typically look like this:


That's one I just came up with in a few minutes, to give you an idea. If you want to enter, there are just a few rules to keep in mind!

1. The haiku must be about something group or roleplay related.

2. No Swearing/Crude humor. This should go without saying, we've got kids and people really sensitive to this type of stuff using the site.

3. You may enter a max number of 3 times.

4. If more than one of your haiku's happen to win, you still only get one prize.

5. Contest runs from November 17, 2014 until November 26, 2014

There will be five prizes, and after the contest closes a team of judges will rate the poems and prizes will be handed out. Poems will be judged on creativity, and adherence to the haiku guidelines and theme. Good luck to everyone!

Here is my attempt at a haiku! C: This was hard, but fun!

Haiku 1 -

Our Thoughts here are one
Our Purpose is united
Let us now Begin

Haiku 2 -

In shadow or in
Light, our fingers type the worlds we want to see
If only in a dream

Haiku 3 -

Words across this screen
Create the lands we want to visit and
Witness things not known

Oooooooooooooooooh. This looks like fun and something I can do!

Fallen Kingdoms
Screeching creatures, tough maidens

I'm having a lel at how bad these are.

1. Create character:
   kindle story, sculpt motive,

I gave my haikus basic titles.... because why not

Oh I haven't had to write a haiku since 5th grade. This is so exciting!
