Aww man, and I have to wait a full day before I get my Alpha Sapphire! Excuse me while I go rabble in the corner of my room.

I didn't expect it today either, but I pre-ordered and got a text message that it was ready for pickup. Apparently my local game store stocked up a day early lol

I have some questions for Pokebank users. Can all Pokemon be transferred from XY to ORAS? Can eggs be transferred this way or do they need to be hatched first?

I have some Goomy eggs from Y that I want to put into my OR game but I don't know what the best way to accomplish this is. I've never used Pokebank before. Tips are appreciated!

Eggs can't be transferred. I have tried many times, your best bet is to hatch them all and then transfer them over.

For a look at more friend codes search here and here. I'd post your own code there to alert others that you'd like to add them/have them add you.

Damnit. Okay, but I can transfer a Goomy over, right? Or is ORAS Gen 3 only?

You can transfer them, use them in battle, raise them, make eggs with them, etc etc etc... but they will not appear in your 'Dex until you get the National Dex upgrade after beating the E4 and Steven. Also it should go without saying that they may not obey you if they are leveled too high and you have not yet obtained all the badges.

I love how your Pokemon will still love you the way they did in X/Y when you maxed out their love for you in Pokémon-Amie!!!

Is it bad that my friend got mad at me because I got a Rayquaza and Deoxys both shiny without soft resetting or wanting them?

I just figured out I can trade my Pokemons from XY to ORAS without Pokebank. Bonebag was on ORAS and I was on Y and I sent him eggs successfully.

If anyone needs to swap eggs give me a shout and we'll trade.

Is it pretty much like all the other pokemon games or is it different enough that it may be worth checking out? I tried to play the last one they came out with but it just ended up being the same thing and so I lost interest quickly.
