"Cover your ears."Pez said to tiberius. Pez let out a very loud, trumpetl ike wail. Manticore roars were already fairly loud, being loud enough to be heard form incredible distances. That mixed with the echoing of the cave made a nearly deafening cacophony of roars.
"ARGH! You annoying little... SEIZE THEM MINIONS!" The Giant Rat yelled.
"Oh please, as if any of you are as strong as me," Tiberius taunted. ...It looked like they didn't need to be. Coming from behind Eshe, there were swarms of rats trying to pile onto her. After ten rats grabbed her, she had a hard time shaking them off, but there were more coming.
"Argh! Stupid rats!" She cried before summoning a mummy familiar in front of her.
"Eshe, don't you have anything stronger familiars?" Tiberius asked.
"No I don't," Eshe replied.

Pez roared again as he was swarmed with rats. He'd managed to take a decently sized chunk of meat out of one, while jabbing another with his Stinger, though he was soon over whelmed.
"No one can overpower me!" Tiberius yelled as he fought the incoming rats. No matter how many came at him, he could overpower them. ...Until the giant rat got the drop on Tiberius. ...Literally. And before you knew it, everyone was blanked out.
The next thing, Eshe and Kontar found themselves in a dark room behind bars. This made Eshe very surprised. She looked around the cage and saw Pezhvak in the cage as well. But...
"Where's Tiberius?" she asked.

Pez was sitting at the bars looking out. "I don't know."The manticore replied, with little interest in his voice.

"I hear... crying. There's crying in the distance. It sounds like children," Kontar mentioned. "I think I even hear the loud bellowing cry of a Tawaret child too."
"Children?" Eshe said before looking at Pezhvak. Pez mentioned earlier he liked to eat children. ...Or was it something else.

It's supposed to be a four staged creature kind of like a Pokemon who takes the form of a thug-like crocodile with a pompadour made of fire and obsidian. It starts with the smallest form: Pompodile, then evolves into Punkroc, then evolves again, and finally evolves into Yakuzuchus. ...But I can't think of any names for the third form. I want to combine a term meaning thug or gang or mafia with a term relating to crocodiles, but I'm not thinking of any.

"Guys?" Tiberius asked. "Ugh, it's horrible, that creature drove it's tooth right through my arm. I had no idea anything could penetrate the Emperor's flesh. But that's minor."
"Okay, just smash us out already," Eshe said. "We can talk later."
"Ummm, that's the problem," Tiberius said. "I can't transform any more. I think the giant rat stole my power to do so."

"The leader sunk his teeth into me, and the next thing I knew I started to shrink," Tiberius stated. "Though... I think if we destroy him, I can get my powers back. ...Wait, I think I heard something. I have to hide."
Eventually Tiberius hid, and a rat started to approach the cage. He had a key in his tail.

"Awww, how cute," the rat said. "And you think I'm really going to feed you? You're a prisoner. You're going to die soon. What need do you have for food?"
"You don't want a starved Manticore in your base, you repugnant rodent."Pez said. "Last time I saw a starved Manticore, it tore its way through an army. Devouring everything in sight."Pez said.
"Ha! The master is not afraid of you," the rat taunted. "Besides, who ever heard of a critter who fights better on an empty stomach?"
