Oop: Yeah, but an attack from the Emporer doesn't seem to be something most critters would, or could considering his size, walk away from


Pez was able to avoid much of the attack, however his leg was caught and crushed in it. Pez let out a loud pained roar.

Fortunately, the mummy had gotten on the Emperor Giant Rat's back and started to push the spike in. It immediately let go of Pez as it shrieked in pain. It looked like it was getting defeated.

Pez took his chance and pulled himself free. Despite the wounds on his leg he managed to get to the ground. He limped over to Eshe, before glancing back at the Emperor.

"Hey, do you think you could stand guard while I lead the Children back to the village?"The woman asked Tiberius.

"Not without my powers," Tiberius said. "I... I'm kind of more confident when I'm the emperor."

"I think he's dying," Eshe told Pez. "But... Tiberius said he wanted his powers back. How do we transfer the energy back to him."

The woman scratched her head. "Uh... okay....."She said unsure of how to get Tiberius his powers back. Heck she didn't even know he had any powers. Nor did she know how he lost them.


"I don't know. For all I know his powers would automatically be transfered back when the rat dies."Pez said.

"It doesn't work that way," Eshe said. "If we don't have a way to transfer the power, it just fades into nothing."

Eventually, the Tawaret child mentioned something. "Well, what if you had a lockstone?" it asked. "If you drive it into a creature, you can siphon it's power into it when it dies."

"Lock stone?"The woman said as though she were remembering something. "Is that something like this?"She asked, pulling the gem of her necklace out of her tunic. She normally kept the gem put away due to its resemblance to several known, and very valuable, gem stones.

"Well then how do we get his powers to return to him?"Pez asked.

"You have one!?" the Tawaret child cried. "Then you can help me get my powers back," Tiberius stated.

"I don't know," Eshe said. "But we better find a way before it dies, or Tiberius' powers are gone forever."

"Mom!" Kontar yelled. "It's coming in for another attack!" Eventually, the rat turned around and tried to swipe at Eshe and Pez again.

"Well, I don't really know how to work it."The woman said glancing at the lockstone.

Pez snarled when he heard that the emperor was trying to attack. He limped back, trying to avoid the Emperor's attack.

"Just shove it into the creature like a dagger," the tawaret child said. "Power siphons right into it once the creature dies."

"We have to find a way to transfer it's power before it dies," Eshe stated. "...Or we die."

"Well, I'm as helpful here as a rock so this is all for you to figure out."Pez said.

The woman blinked. "Okay, so who or what do I use it on?"The woman asked.

"Are you nuts? Use it on the giant rat down the hall!" Tiberius said. "He has my powers."

"Okay."The woman said glancing at the lock stone again. "Jal, stay here. I'll be back in a few minutes."The woman said to her daughter before leaving. She didn't waste time before growing back into the form of the Dragon.

"Well, maybe if I..." Eshe tried to talk, but she was quickly knocked over by the giant rat. She was hit really bad by the attack.

The woman barreled into the room roar, charging at the Emporer.

The Emperor Giant Rat used the last bit of life it had to lunge at the dragon, trying to take it out before he died.

The Woman roared and took her chance. She swung at the Emperor, with the Lock stone ready to penetrate it.

The elf woman managed to land a hit right into the rat's chest. No sooner than the lockstone penetrated him, the rat started to shrink. All it's muscles were deforming, it's wrinkled nose started to smooth out, and the arm spikes started to disappear. It wasn't long till the giant rat reverted to his normal form. ...His normal DEAD form.

The woman looked down at the rat, soon shrinking down to her normal form as well. She pulled the stone free and examined it. "So how do I use this now?"She asked herself.

"What... what did you just do?" Eshe asked. Eshe was unfamiliar with the lockstone that the elf used.
