"Very well. I would love to deliver my data on the flood and this level of infestation to them personally. But you have the final say."

"Riisart nodded. "Alright."He said going to the communications room and opening comms with Brazz. "Dr. Novalla, I assume you and Flare have found the planet and taken samples of its wild life?"Brazz asked. "Actually, no we have't. There is a foregin parasitic alien on the planet, the same kind that I described to you. "Flare refers to it as the 'Flood'"Riisart explained, allowing Flare to fill in what was left.

"The flood parasite is a lethal infestation that will spread across the galaxy consuming and killing billions if we kill them quickly. They are almost impossible to stop without incredible casualties." Flare says giving a basic run down of the flood.

"Though thankfully the reapers are developing a weapon that they claim should kill the Parasite."Riisart added. "I would like you to transfer all the data on these parasites to me Flare."Brazz said. "If we have evidence, directly from you the Council will certainly get involved in the containment and destruction of these Parasites before they get to far."Brazz said.

"I am afraid a digital transaction of my data on the flood would not be possible. You see my technology is incompatible and the data is over twenty times what your system can stand. It would risk the data being destroyed. Which is something I refuse to do. I will need to present this data to them myself. For the safest transaction of such a crucial part of your survival." Flare said making it as believable as he could.

"Alright, then get over here and give the Council the data."Brazz said.

"Very well. Would you please send me to the citadel." Flare politely asked Riisart.

"Again, something you should ask the pilot instead, but considering these are direct orders from Brazz I assume there would be no problem getting there."Riisart said, heading to the front of the ship. After a while the ship headed towards the citadel, followed by the Cromwell.

Flare was pleased with this. He would be at the citadel with the controls for the relays. He would be able to put anyone anywhere and trap them. He was quickly gaining a lot of influence of the galaxy even if no one knew it.

Soon after a few more jumps through a few other Relays the Polyanthus and the Cromwell arrived at the citadel.

Flare took into account where each relay went to. "What permission or searches do I need to go through to reach the council?" He asks.

"I believe a direct meeting with them would work best. Isn't that what you where wanting to do?"Riisart asked.

"That is exactly what I wish for. It is the best chance to relay the data."

"Well then let's dock and head to the Council."Riisart said.

With the Polyanthus docked the crew exited and went to the large station. Flare followed them not leaving them paranoid about what could happen if he went up on his own.

It took them a while to reach the council, having t ogo through multiple security checks, and only barely convincing the gaurds to let them in.

"Well then do I go up and enter the chamber to converse with them? Or do I require someone to come with me?"

"I'll go with you."Alice said, heading inside. Once she entered the mai nchambers, the member sof the council looked up at her. "Who are you?"The salarian councilor asked. "Why are you here? It better be important."She said. "It is."Alice responded, glancing at Flare, waiting for him to begin explaining the flood to the council.

"Greetings I am 487 Reliant Flare. The monitor of shield world Siren. I have come here to inform you of the flood infestation. Would you like me to show you the statistical, video and data reference on them?" He asks requiring permission for some reasons.

Most of the councilors glanced between each other confused. "He's talking about those parasites I called you about a while ago."Alice said. "Aw, the creatures Harbinger seemed to be worried about."The Turian councilor said. "We've currently got Reapers dealing with the possibility of these creatures existing. I'm sure it's nothing."The Asari said. "Even if the yare a possible threat I'm sure the Reapers can handle them just fine. They've wiped out many space farring, advanced civilizations in the past and I'm sure one more won't be a problem."The Turian Councilor added.
