"Isn't that the truth." Flare says with a chuckle. "What is our destination now? What is our objective?" Flare asks curious about where they are going.

Riisart shrugged. "Our current objective is to wait for orders. Our destination is where ever we're going I assume. Thouhg I don't know where we're going."Riisart said.

"Very well. I shall finish the configurations on this body. Would you know I place I could try this body in combat?"

"Not on this ship no. We don't have a training room of any kind on it."Riisart said.

"Too bad. Well with any luck I will not need to fight." Flare says holding random things getting used to the feeling.

"That is true."Riisart said. Soon the ship began moving, before leaving the planet's atmosphere. "Want me to go see where we're going?"Sokadrak asked.

"Yes that would be most appreciated." Flare said.

Sokadrak glanced at Flare, before glancing over at Riisart. "Yes, please do ask."Riisart said, inspecting Flare's shell, to see if the damage was external by chance. Sokadrak nodded, heading out of the lab.

The damage on the shell was mainly internal. With some burnt circuits inside the outer shell was mainly safe and secure. "What is the current situation with the flood?" Flare asks the group.

"I believe the Reapers still have the flood contained in the system they were in."Riisart said.

"Do you mind if I get an update on the situation?"

"Go right ahead."Riisart said.

Flare goes to the communications room and begins patching through to Harbinger. "This is forerunner ai 487 Reliant Flare contacting reaper overlord Harbinger for a report on the flood situation."

"Greetings Reliant Flare."Harbinger's voice boomed. "My reapers are keeping the flood contained. Several escape attempts have been made, as well as an attack. But these efforts were stopped immediately."Harbinger said. "Though the possibility of an escape before our interference is possible. There are several reapers currently scanning different portions of the Galaxy for any escaped parasites. We currently have one located, however it is in dead space. The only living organisms are on a cellular level. We are currently tracking it in an effort to ensure it will not reach inhabited space."Harbinger said.

"Very well. Fantastic work. You should send me reports on reaper positionings. I will need it to set up the best line of action for destroying the flood." Flare gave his reasoning behind needing the data.

"As I have stated before, we already have a plan in place for the destruction of the Parasite."Harbinger replied.

"Yes but a back up plan is always something you should look at."

"The chances of this weapon failing, sabotage not being considered, are 0.000000004 percent. This weapon was built cycles ago to destroy a threat that the galaxy called the "Caryte". The Caryte were a sentient hivemind of cellular organisms. From our studies, not even the flood would be able to withstand the virulent Caryte, should they re emerge. Our weapon was enough to wipe out every sample of this plague from the Galaxy, with the only traces left being the non-living architecture that the Caryte utilized upon successful infection. Again, not considering sabotage this weapon will succeed in the destruction of the flood."Harbinger replied.

"You will be a fool to underestimate the flood. The humans underestimated them in my universe. They and nearly everything destroyed. Then in order to stop the flood spreading we destroyed the rest. If you wish to contain the flood with your method you will require destroying all large food purposes. Which means all organic life of sufficient mass."

"No. You're method is flawed. If you're creators are as superior as you claim, than how could they not develop a weapon to target the flood specifically? The careless destruction of all organic life is not the solution. Our weapon has proved more than effective on a much more infectious race. It will work here."Harbinger said. Flare would be able to detect another entity inside Harbinger, though no matter how hard he may try, he would not be able to track down or scan this entity.
