''Dunno..'' said Sam, going back to her bed. ''Maybe i'm gonna visit my dad again today..''

"Alright. I'll see you when you get back. Maybe I'll visit mine as well."

Sam got up and taped the crotch ice on her face. ''I'll see you later..'' she said, walking out. She smashed the ground and a giant rock dog summoned. She got on it's back and it started running towards The Earth Kingdom.

After a couple hours of riding, she arrived infront of 2 giant doors with ''Chikyū ōkoku'' on them. She smashed the ground and the giant dog disapeared. Sam entered the kingdom and walked in the streets towards a little house.

Seren began to meditate and for a moment his eyes flashes red. Then as he opened his eyes he was in a white space. "Haha! It worked! "You idiot!"All of the sudden a hand smacks Seren upside the head. "What was that for?!" "Don't you know? You should never EVER pry secrets out of someone. And you should have never left your group in the first place. Your stubbornness is going to get you killed one day. But of course you do take after me. Why have to come here in the first place?" "Well it's hard to have father figure when he's kinda well. Dead. Can't a son visit his father once in awhile?" "Well of course he can. I know it's hard to have someome to look up two when your mom is back home and I'm not always around but that is what makes us strong. We can be together no matter how far we are from each other. Now I leave the rest up to you." "Just as I needed. More mysterious father advice. Well I'd better get going. Bye." Seren then wakes up back in the material plane.

Niena took a deep breath and sat up, stretching her arms up over her head. Her eyes blinked open, and she rubbed the sleep out of them with her fist. A contented smile was on her face. "Well, now that that fiasco is over and I'm rested, it's time to turn this place into a real home. Cookie baking time!" She jumped out of bed, ready to begin her work.

Sam entered the little house and saluated a man. ''Hi Dad.. i just came here to talk with you.'' she said. ''Hi Sam. I though you only came once a year, because you hate me.'' said the man with a suprised tone.

"Hmm...what sort of cookies?" Niena mused, retrieving the sack of provisions and ingredients she always travelled with. "We seem to be in dire need of goodwill and health, so I'll make those." Humming quietly, the elven woman pulled out the ingredients she'd need and prepared the oven. "Oh, I'm running low," she sighed, glancing into her stores of sugar and various spices.

She quickly mixed up the batter for her cookies and placed them into the oven. As the smell of chocolate chip cookies spread through the cabin, Niena decided she might as well make dinner for the group as well. "Biscuits and gravy," she sang, completely happy with her task. "Good old comfort food."

Sam sat at the table with her dad and started talking to him. ''Dad.. why do you think its my fault?'' she asked, serious. Sumāto (her dad), took a while to think and answer. ''I dont know anymore.. your mom's death wasnt easy for either you and me.. i felt like.. hating someone would make me happier.. and then fell into alcoholism.. I am not the same anymore..'' he said. Sam hugged him. ''Dad, its nobody's fault, i dont care about your alcohol problem, i just want you to be my good old dad. Please, come out of the Kingdom for a day or 2 so i can show you my friends!'' she said, happy, as her eyes turned orange. ''I'll sure do, daughter. But tell me.. why do you have crotch ice taped to your face?'' he asked. ''Some problem with one of my team-mates.. anyways, dad! Come! Let's go! You taught me earth-bending so why cant i thank you by making peace with you?'' she said, running out of the little house, grabbing his hand.


Sam smashed the ground with her feet and the giant dog from before came back. She sat on it with Sumāto. The creature runned the fastest as possible to the cabin. It took a couple of hours when they were about 20 meters away from the cabin.

Seren was moving better then he had done before. The plants effects were stronger than intended. "Wow. I can believe my wounds healed up so quickly. Well I'd better see if Sam's home." Seren then walked outside to see Sam and another figure he had not seen before. He waved to catch her attention.

Sam waved back. ''Dad, that's one of my.. um.. friends.. were gonna say for now.. because you dont know yet..'' she said to her dad, jumping off the beast with him. ''Let's go to the cabin.'' she said, running there. ''Woaw. Calm Down, Sam, i am not young like you anymore.'' Sumāto said, jokingly, walking towards their home.

When they both arrived, Sam knocked on the door of the cabin. ''Dad, youre gonna see, theyre nice!'' she said to Sumāto.

Niena opened the door, having heard the knock. She smiled. "Sam, you're back!" she said happily. "Dinner's almost ready. And who is this?" she asked, looking at the man with Sam.

Sam smiled back. ''Oh huh, Dad, this is Niena. One of my friends and team-mates. Niena, this is Sumāto, my dad. We finaly got rid of our problems!'' she said happily. ''Nice to meet you, Niena. I am Sam's dad, Sumāto. Like she said.'' He said, bowing.

"Pleasure to meet you, Sumato," Niena said with a smile, dipping into a curtsy. "Please, come in!" She stood back to let them enter.

''Thank you.'' Said Sumato, entering. For about 30 minutes, Sam showed him the whole cabin, told him some stories and how it started. But never mentionned Seren. She didnt want her father to have a heart-attack right now.. So when he was going to meet Seren, she was going to tell him.

"Dinner is ready!" Niena called, as she put the meal onto the table along with cups, plates and silverware. "Mmmm...Smells good, if I do say so myself," she hummed, as the scent of fresh gravy and biscuits filled the cabin.

Sam sat and Sumato too. ''Looks delicious!'' said Sam and her dad at the same time.

Seren stood outside and saw his blade was dull. "Hmm. Its getting dull. No matter." Seren then pulled out a whetstone and began sharpening. He then hummed a familiar song to himself. He did not mind
Sumato staying with them as he seemed friendly but he still had that uneasy feeling.

"Thank you," Niena said with a smile as she dished them out their food. She poked her head outside. "Seren, would you like some food?"
