After eating, Sam stood up. ''Thanks, Niena it was delicious!'' she said again, at the same time of her dad. ''Dad, i will show you Seren!'' she said, going outside.

"I will be inside in a minute. Thank you for checking up on me." He gave her a smile ensuring he was ok.

Sam talked to her dad before he could meet Seren. ''Uh.. Dad.. You're about to meet Seren.. so.. please.. dont.. do weird stuff.. please?'' she said. ''Okay, Sam.'' he replied.

Sam walked into the cabin with her father. ''Hai Seren.. my dad's here!'' she said, anxious, as her eyes turned green.

"It is a pleasure to finally meet you sir." Seren then gave a respectful bow to Sumato.

Sumato bowed back and replied. ''You too, Seren. Sam, tell me.. why are you so anxious?'' he said, refering to her eyes.
''Umm.. just.. uh.. its hard to say.. agh.. i dont know how to tell it..'' she replied. She looked at Seren and blushed. ''How am i supposed to tell him?'' she muttered to Seren for her father to not hear.

He whispered back. "I'm not to sure myself. Gods why must this be so difficult. Can't you just well, tell him?"

''I dont know!'' she muttered. ''Sam, what is it? Youre obviously hiding something.'' Her dad said. ''Uh.. dad.. this is quite.. um.. embarrassing.. like.. really embarrassing..'' she said. ''What is it?'' He asked, wondering about what his daughter was going to say. She whispered in her father's ear to tell him. ''Ahh. I see. Young love.'' he said, smiling. ''Why so embarrassed? Everybody is in love one day.'' Said Sumato.

Seren blushed and he turned away somewhat emberresed. He then thought to himslef. "Gods I've never been so embarrassed in my life."

''Neither do i..'' said Sam. ''Come on guys, you have nothing to be shy of!'' Sumato said, patting them in the back and smiling.

"Well I'm surprised your so good mannered about this sir. I'd expect a different result." Seren let out a long sigh of relief.

"Hey dad, you must be tired because of the transport! Go relax and sleep!" Sam said with an innocent smile. " Sam, i am not tire-.." He said. "No argueing. An old Man like you should be relaxing!" She said pushing him towards the cabin. She waited for him to be inside and letted go a deep sigh. "Well.. That was awkward.."

"Your telling me. It felt like I was punched in the gut. Just thank the gods it is over." Seren then decided to fall back first on the ground. "That had to be the biggest challenge yet. Oh and also my dad says hi."

"Was very awkward.. Tell your dad hi back from me next Time you see him." She said, falling to the ground, next to him. " Did you know my dad's an earth-bender, too. He started teaching me when i was 4 until i learned all He knew at 14 years old. I still have to practice, though. Who taught you swordsmanship?"

"Ironically my mother. My dad was that sort of burn you first ask questions later kind of guy. She started teaching me at roughly 7. It was fun actually. When I would get injured she would take me inside and dress my bruises. I mastered it around twelve. Then my draconian training started. But trust me that was no walk in the park."

Sam laughed. " My dad wanted me to accomplish my dream. Be an earth-bender that knows how to fight. When i got injured, i would get up with the pain and continue trying. My mom was against that but i told her every time that a warrior never gave up." She said, nostalgic.

Seren smiled. He felt nostalgic as well. "I'd never forget the day dad gave me draconix. It was also the day he died. It was a bitter sweet day. He always held a place in my heart after that day. But now I have someone else that is held close. That person is you." Seren closed his eyes and a tear of happiness came out.

Sam wipped the tear. "Looking at the future and remembering the good times is the better way to be happy in Life." She said, hugging him. Her dad saw through the window and smiled. "Arent they are adorable, Niena?" He said, petting his short white beard.

"Indeed they are," Niena replied with a laugh. "I've told them that, but Sam doesn't seem to appreciate it." She grinned.

"Sam never liked remarks about herself, she told me that when she was 4. Because she doesnt know What to answer or do after. Tania and i always Did it, so dont let that disturb you." He said, still petting his beard.
