"We need to call for evac of the civilians"

"Good idea," Alia said. She unsheathed two large black swords that were stained with blood and god knows what. She signaled for them to follow

Henry of corsed followed

As they ran through the city, a building exploded, sending debris flying all over the streets. A loud ringing echoed in their ears. As the dust cleared, a large silhouetted figure emerged from the clearing. As it walked through the destroyed building, it emitted a loud roar and stepped into the light. It was a large gray being with red eyes and an extremely muscular build. "Shit!" Alia exclaimed, readying her swords.

"What is that" Henry yelled.

"It's a Rahz-spawn," Alia shouted. Her hands enveloped with black energy that crawled up her swords. She let out a battle cry as she ran up to it and slashed at its legs. White blood splattered on the building behind it. It roared and kicked her, sending her flying into another building.

Henry jumped up onto the monster and stab at the neck. it Roawed. Pick henry upand threw him at the building. with a sickening crash he went straight through the building.

All of a sudden, a bright flash of fire enveloped the cerature as it exploded into fire.

Henry didnt moved from the spot where he landed.

Alia lowers her hands and fire extinguishes from them. She walks over to the burnt corpse and examines it. "This one was just a baby," she said, "which is probably why it went down so easily." She got up and put her swords away. "Let's get the hell outta here before more of them show up."

"And wat about me"Henry yelled.

"You've got your own damn legs, don't you?" she yelled after him. One of the other soldiers walked into the destroyed building and helped him to his feet.

"Can you walk?" one of them asked.

John caught up to everyone. "Sorry, I got sidetracked. What'd I miss?"

"What the hell were you thinking?" his CO yelled. He grabbed John by his pauldron and yanked him close. "You stay with us, or you stay here, understood?"

"Yes sir! I apologize sincerely sir! It won't happen again!" He saluted and took his position with his squad, "What do we do now?" he asked.

"We keep moving, Hansel," Alia said, kicking at the dead beast. She began to run down the street.

John lifted an eyebrow at the comment, but followed after her as commanded.

(Wayne, you didn't die on us, did you?)

This adventure will be taking a break due to personal reasons. It will continue on January 19th, 2015.
