Max hmms "Maybe...If you're sure he'll listen, then I guess I can trust you on that."

"Okay so now we just need to get to him."Jenny said. "Come on."She added, motioning for Max to follow her. "See you guys later."Jenny said as she exited the restaurant, waiting for Max to follow.

Max nods and begins to follow Jenny and waves his farewells to the turtles as they proceeded on.

"Okay so do you wanna just wait while I go find my dad?"Jenny asked.

Max nods "Yeah, I can wait for you here."

Jenny nodded and headed off. She turned the corner and rammed into some one, falling on her butt. "Again?! Really?!"She asked frustrated, looking up. "Jenny!"Mossback said, picking her up and hugging onto her. "I was actually looking for you."Jenny said before Mossback put her down. "Go home. I'll find that Fox that took you."Mossback said. "Wait, he didn't take me"Jenny said, unfortunately her father had already left. "Crap"Jenny said, following after her Father.

Meanwhile, Max waited. Standing prepared in case he needed to do some self-defense but patiently waited for Jenny's response and looked about him. Unaware he was being hunted.

"There you are."Mossback said once he turned the corner, seeing Max. He pulled one of the rifles off his back and aimed at Max.

Max saw him and held his paws out "Wait! You're making a mistake! I wasn't trying to kidnap Jenny or anything like that!" Max had his reflex at the ready to pull out his gun in case he needed to find a way to reason with him.

"Don't bother lying to me."Mossback said. He shot at Max, just a barely missing the fox.

Max growled upon nearly being shot "Damn it, I'm telling you the truth! Jenny agreed to come with me!"

Mossback didn't respond and charged, swinging his claw at the fox.

Max pulled out The Wicked Sword and began to do his best to block the attacks.

Mossback swung his rifle when Max tried t block with his sword. The small 'chain bayonet' activated, with it hitting the sword as Mossback swung.

Max stumbled but held his ground "Damn it, I don't want to fight you!" he said as he continued to defend himself.

"DAD!"Jenny yelped hopping onto her Father's back. "DAD CHILL! HE'S TELLING THE TRUTH!"Jenny shouted. Unfortunately Mossback wasn't listening. He swung at Max again.

Max hopped back "Listen to her! What kind of father doesn't listen to her daughter?!"

Mossback still didn't listen, continuing to swing at Max. Jenny hopped off onto the ground not sure how to stop her father, before an idea crossed her mind. Once there was enough space between Mossback and Max, Jenny got in the way. "DAD STOP!"Jenny shouted. Mossback finally stopped. "He didn't do anything!"Jenny said. "I decided to go with him, he didn't kidnap me!"Jenny added.

Max continued to block and leap back but panted as Jenny stopped the fight and put his sword in his sheath and held his paws out "She's right. Besides, she fell into one of your base's traps and was numb and couldn't move and was even in the floor so I didn't have much of a choice to offer to take her with me and she accepted..."

Mossback growled, putting away his gun. "Why did you leave?"He asked. "I was paralyzed on the floor, and I had no idea if anyone or anything was going to come down to the base or not."Jenny said. "And if one of our enemies did come to the base, I didn't want to be lying on the ground helpless."Jenny added.
