In fact, I made a thread exactly one month after joining the site. :) Can you believe it's been well over a year already?!

But hey, considering I often run short on time to reply to all these wonderful new people who join the site every day (did we really pass 3,000?) I decided to make a new thread.

Hello! :D I'm Sanne. I'm 23 years old. I'm also Dutch, born and raised in South-Limburg. I am a bit of a tech-nut and have studied IT management. I've been working for a cellphone company for over two years now in many different departments (among which customer service/tech support) and currently I sell contracts/phone solutions to business owners.

I love Android on my Galaxy S because it is exactly what I look for in a phone, but I find the whole Android/iOS/Symbian/W7 war a bit ridiculous, considering each platform offers something different to its users. Because of my phone I am able to be online on RPR often to check for stuff, so I may be lurking quite a bit during the day even if I don't respond much. ;)

As of September I have rescued a stray tuxedo kitten named Dette. (Unknown to her, she's best e-pals with Dylan's tripod kitty Boba Fett. :D ) I also have a character named Dette, but she's unrelated to the cat. XD

In a few weeks I may find myself the proud owner of a second one! He's currently my friend's white, deaf cat, but as he's not getting along with the other male cat she has and gets along splendidly with Dette, we have decided to try and house him with me. His first owner before my friend named him Ice, and my friend stuck with it, but I find it a horribly cliche name and reminds me of that 80's kid too much. If I get him, he'll be renamed to Minke, which is a frisian name just like Dette. :D And since he's deaf, it really doesn't matter to the cat anyway... Hah.

Dette is so spoiled, I feed her canned sardines in olive oil once a week. Really.

Uhm... I love games! FPS like Left 4 Dead, Half-Life and so forth are quite popular in my collection. I also enjoy The Elder Scrolls very much and have Magic: The Gathering on Steam. If anyone wants to play Magic with me, GOD PLEASE DO. I used to play it with my friends on the IT management course I followed but never got a chance to collect my own deck, and considering I don't really know anyone else I haven't seriously played against anyone for... well, years. :(

I'm a serious bookworm. Come winter/Christmas there's a high chance I'll be curled up on my couch with a blanket, tea and a good book while listening to relaxing music. Stephen King is one of my favorite authors, his writing really captures my attention and tickles my imagination. :)

If there's anything else you'd like to know, shoot! XD I'll be happy to answer all your questions. But most of all, WELCOME to everyone who has only just joined, or has been around for quite some time. I love you all. <3
You forgot that youre a very patient person, with lots of good advice <3 Miss talking to you.

I love this idea of reintroducing yourself. I learned new things about you! I had no idea you liked Magic! I'm certain there's some site that will let you play it online, but I'm equally certain I don't know what it is.

I have the worst deck of all time, assembled when I was in elementary school and didn't know the rules at all. XD

Sounds like my deck which was assembled only last year :D

You can play the game through Steam, I bought it earlier to get some practice in :)
Magic huh? My Jace mill deck was only feared less than my old red white firebreathing deck. Heh.

I still have my cards at home, I don't even know if my deck is good - because I just played once against the one that showed me the game and - hah, won.

But sadly that was years ago.

... 8D I'm always looking for MTG buddies. I got that thing on Steam.
OHHHHH someone said Magic. Magic the gathering? Man, I haven't played that since, what, Highschool! That is awesome that there are those still out there that KNOW what Magic is. I love the illustrations and the quotes. I know that Thisis where I usually search for the awesomeness of cards.

Whee!!

My ex got me my first magic card: Miri the Cat Warrior. he printed a digital version of the artwork on the card and sent it to the artist, who signed the drawing for me! I'll share a photo of it when I get home :D
Nice. Lucky. All I know is if I wish to get back into magic, I'll have to save some money and get new cards cause even though it's been less than a year since I last played in a tournament, most of my cards are no longer tournament legal due to being cycled out and replaced by new sets, reprints of old ones from way back when and so forth.
