Erica flinched when wolfina yelled and tried not to cry as caleb ran off after arc.

When Arc woke she saw Caleb, "Caleb?" She started to cry again, "I can't believe this is happening."

Tarin turned to Erica and he said "Erica are you alright?" he looked at her and he hugged her and he said "I'm here, Wolfina can I talk to you? alone?"

Wolfina only nodded and led Tarin somewhere quiet, "What?"

"Do you remember the amulet I told you about the one that grants nine lives? although Arc and Caleb aren't part of the pack they are innocents and when I was training my masters told me to protect the innocent I believe Arc's brother has the Amulet and with it he'll kill Arc and Caleb...I can't let someone die knowing I could have stopped it" he looked at Wolfina and he said "We have to tail them and then I can defeat Arc's brother and we can leave them alone...But I have to know they're safe so I don't have innocent blood on my hands."

"Ok, I understand, we will follow your lead," Wolfina said understandingly.

"thank you Wolfina..." he gave her a friendly hug and he said "You're a good person and friend" he went to Erica and he said "Erica we're tailing Caleb and Arc...just so I can kill Arc's brother and destroy the Amulet a powerful and dangerous artefact it has to be destroyed we won't stay long OK?"

Sometime later Arc went to a meadow full of flowers and started to run around feeling hyper, "Oh my god, these flowers are beautiful." She then sat down in the flowers and looked at Caleb.

Something other than Tinen was at work it stalked them it learned from them this thing was much worse than Drath and this thing wanted three things : Tarin, Erica and the death of all things.

Erica nodded and yawned. She didn't know why but she felt tired. She put her head on tarins lap and curled up. She couldn't fall asleep easily though because she felt like someone was watching her. It was the same feeling she had when she thought she heard something. Before she could say anything to tarin she passed out.

Caleb smiled at her. "I know something that is more beautiful than these flowers." He said sitting across from her.

Arc blushed, "It feels so great out, don't you think?"

Caleb nodded. He seemed deep in thought.

"What are you thinking about?" Arc asked curiously.

Tarin took off his coat and he placed his soft bag under Erica's head and he draped his coat over her and he drew his sword silently and he looked around the foiliage and he saw something like a shadow and he said "NO!" as it moved towards Erica and he woke his dagger drawn and he had yelled out 'no' and he looked around the camp and he looked at erica.

Caleb smiled and moved closer to her. "Nothing...." He said knowing she would know soon what he was thinking.

Arc blushed, "I think I know what you're thinkin." She didn't know exactly what he was thinking about but she thought she did.

Caleb smiled. "Are you sure?" He asked moving a strand of hair out of her face and behind her ear out of habit.

"I'm Ninety nine point nine nine percent sure," Arc smirked and laughed. She picked a flower and sniffed it, "It's smells sweet."
