Which kind of church leader are you looking for? If you're talking about Salem Witch Trials I would assume that this church man would be biased, a hypocrite, and dictatorial, but if that's not what you're looking for than Nelis can fit into that spot.

2) Are witches all female in this universe?
3) Are there any others powers for each witch, or collective powers that's species specific (E.X.- All witches can cast spells or make potions, or talk to animals, or shrink in size, etc.)? Or Is it just what's in their description

Red Witch: Fire
Pale Witch: possession/mind control (one at a time)
Dark Witch: Voodoo (explaination is in the first post.)
White Witch: Healing/ doctor (only good witch)
All other witches can be evil, a trickster, or chaotic.
I'm assuming the witches know each other?
