''We can come out during day, but nighttime we hide due to our bright colors. Humans have recently set up camps here, making it hard to go anywhere without being captured.''

"Cool.You know I hate humans that gape at me.Even the people who brought me here don't know what I am."Cyrus sighed.

''Humans are terrified of me. I don't know why, though. I'm not that scary.''

"Your a dragon,what else."Cyrus huffed.

''Not all dragons are coldhearted murderers of humans. A few are only violent of threatened. The watcher of this isle is a revered being who is a dragon, yet no humans fear him.''

"Still, everyone fears me.They think I'm a "Dark entity" and I'm not."Cyrus looked at the sky.

''Humans think I'm an aincent dragon that killed humans years ago..''

Cyrus nodded."Well,were you going somewhere?"She said.

''I was headed to the temple of the Guardian, to inspect it and make sure no humans are stealing any valuable tools.''

"Might as well come with you."Cyrus said,getting up.

Silver nods, and heads towards the temple silently, swiftly going through the tallest grasses, out of human sight.

Cyrus followed Silver but stayed as silent as she could.

After what seemed like hours, they arrived at a desolate temple hidden in the forests of the island. Covered in vines, the surface was rugged stones. Tall grasses grew around it wildly.

"Pretty creepy place if you ask me."Cyrus said, looking at her surroundings.

She nods. ''Verrryy creepy. But pretty. See all the gems?''

'If it's the shiny things everywhere then maybe."Cyrus said as she started to shiver.

''Yes, it's a bit creepy here. Humans tend to stay away unless they dare to steal the precious orb that has given a grateful life to this once lonely,barren landscape that used to be devoid of anty known life for centuries according to my parents.''

"I heard of that but I heard it a different way."Cyrus said,her dark purple scales glowing softly.

''Really? What variation have yuo heard?'' She asked, turning to look at Cyrus, feathered wings spread slightly.

"I was told of the one who tried to harness it's power and was destroyed by the power of the orb."Cyrus shivered as she remembered the way her parents told her that story.
