"So she talked about it a lot? Well people do report seeing ghosts. Wouldn't be crazy to think maybe they do see something." Fal said opening his mind to more paranormal answers. "And considering all that happened it could be true. Or some form of psychosis."
"Sweet Jesus don't let it be a Psychosis!"Traxton said. "That's the last thing I need!"He added.
"Don't worry I doubt it is. Your medical tests came back fine."
"Well, I dunno if medical tests can prove I have anything wrong mentally."Traxton said, as they pulled up to the retirement home.
"Well you can't inherit something that's all in your mind." Fal laughs as they see the home ahead of them. "Looks like we are here." He says parking.
Traxton got out and went into the retirement home. He walked up to the receptionist desk in the retirement home. "Hey, I'm here to see Betsy Traxton."Traxton said. "Alright. She's in room 129. Just head down that hall right there on the right."The Receptionist said. Traxton nodded to her and thanked her, before going down the hall the Receptionist indicated. "Okay, so I think you'll like my grandma. She's a nice woman."Traxton said, as he and Fal went down the hall.
"Well it would be nice to talk to someone who doesn't have a tragic backstory." He said with a smirk. "Hope she can give us something helpful."
"Probably nothing related to the missing children though."Traxton said, as he entered the room. "Hey Grandma."Traxton said. "Oh! Chris! You haven't visited in forever! It's so good to see you again!"Traxton's Grandma said. "Sorry about that. I want to visit more, but, being a full time Homocide Detective doesn't really give alot of time between solving crimes and doing paperwork."Traxton said. "Oh! Grandma, this is my partner, Falderan."Traxton said, introducing Fal to his Grandma.
"It's a pleasure." Fal says with a nod and smile. Fal waited behind Traxton so the two could talk about what was needed.
"It's nice to meet you too dear."Traxton's grandma said, shaking his hand. "Uh, Grandma, I was needing to talk to you about the stuff you were seeing."Traxton said. "You mean the spirits?"His grandma replied. "Yeah that. Did you ever have any kind of vision or flashback before?"Traxton asked. "Not frequently no, but it has happened. Your Grandfather and I went to Gettysburg once. We were taking a tour of one of the houses that was involved in the civil war. I brushed up against some furniture and next thing I know, I'm in the Battle of Gettysburg."Traxton's Grandma explained. "The only person that ever seemed to notice me was one of the Confederate Soldiers. After a few minutes, I was back in the present day, with your Grandpa staring at me confused."Traxton's Grandma asked. "Why do you ask?"Traxton's Grandma asked. "Well, Fal and I are working on a case. Do you remember those kids that disappeared several years ago? We're trying to figure out what actually happened. The guy that worked at the Freddy Fazbear's pizza place wasn't guilty it turns out. Fal and I are trying to find the guy that actually kidnapped the kids. We went to the pizzeria that the kids went missing at and I had several of those flashbacks."Traxton said.
Fal was interested by her story. In both her and Traxtons case it seemed touching relevant items caused these flashbacks. "Yes that's it. We are investigating the cold case. We are not sure if someone did take the kids though without more proof. We only have an idea of what we believed happened." Fal explains the details a little bit, not deriving any crucial information.
"Oh dear. What happened in the flashbacks?"Traxton's Grandma asked, with worry in her voice. "Well, one of thm was just a normal day I guess. Kids were running around eating pizza, playing games, the robots were n stage doing they're thing. Nothing seemed to notice me, save for the robots on stage for a few seconds, and a creepy puppet thing from the recently opened pizzeria."Traxton explained. "The second one, I was in the security office after hours. Started to wander around the building. Security office door slammed shut and one of the robots was standing at the opposite end of the hall. It charged at me and lunged and I snapped out of that."Traxton sad. "Last one was probably the worst. Fal and I found an old robot in some room that wasn't marked on the building plans. I touched the robot and the room was good as new. There were some arcade cabinets in the room. That creepy puppet thing appeared on the screens and pointed me to the main lobby. I think I saw the guy who took those kids."Traxton said.
"Did you by any chance see a face? Any features I could at least use as a reference of past employees to question?" Fal asks not sure about this whole story but open.
Traxton nodded. "Yeah I did. Couldn't describe it now, but if I saw the guy I'd recognize him."Traxton said.
"Well if nothing else we can question him should you recognize someone. It's more then what we currently have anyway."
"Doubt we'd be able to take advantage of this though. No evidence saying anything happened other than what I saw."Traxton explained.
"I am just trying to make sense of this whole thing. So anything else you can tell us Ma'am?" He asks Traxtons grandmother.
"Well, there's not much else I can tell you that would be helpful in your case. I had never gone to that Freddy Fazbear place. I took Chris to it when it was Fredbears, but that was a very long time ago, and those children hadn't gone missing until it was Freddy Fazbears."Traxton's Grandma said.
Fal nods as he hears this. "Ok thank you ma'am. You have given us some good insight." He smiles and nods to her.
"I'm sorry I wasn't much help with your case."Traxton's Grandma said, getting up to give Traxton a hug and a kiss before he left. "It's fine. Well, thanks for the help you did give. See ya later Grandma."Traxton said as he turned to leave.
